Do you ever look at your old works and just…?

Recently someone has left a comment on one of my works from 2011. I didn’t even recognise the title of the work, it’s been so long! But then I checked what I wrote and oh dear heavens 🤭🫣

The story itself is good, but the editing 😬😩 or rather lack there of. It’s just a wall of text; 12k words separated into three huge chunks.

Anyway I spent the next half hour editing it, embarrassed 🥲 I’m glad I learned better over the years

Had to change my new meds because they made me wanna change my mind 😬

Couple months ago I swapped my old anxiety medication for a trial one, and honestly everything was great on the anxiety front, except I suddenly started to be very gushy about babies and pregnancy.
I’ve worked in child care most of my life but I knew I never want children even since I was a child myself. The pregnancy itself really grosses me out in general.

It took me a couple weeks to notice that I started watching more baby content, and since IG algorithm very quickly bites even on a single post you like, my feed was soon filled with baby and pregnancy stuff. And oh god I started wondering “what if I gotten pregnant now?”.

Luckily each time I had this “aw” moment, I immediately thought “wtf, this ain’t me, I don’t want that”.

Then it clicked; these thoughts started once I got on the experimental medication! Anyway, I immediately thought ABSOLUTELY NOT, and had my doc switch me back to my original meds.

Thank god. 🤣🤣🤣

I know it’s technically not a fic but someone submitted it into one of the aita or relationship subs, written from Han’s POV, about falling in love with his sister in law, it was so funny and I can’t find it 😭

I feel like such an idiot, I see clear instructions on screen but I have no idea what they even mean 😭I’m really lame when it comes to computers. I installed dosbox on mac, because I want to play DYNA game(bomberman).
On my old windows I could just drag and drop it on the dosbox icon but here it wants me to mount it and directory has to exists and I’m just here weeping, I have no idea how to do any of that. 😭I don’t even know what it means. I’m so sorry if this a dumb question I just feel so fcking stupid now. I just wanna play the game 😩

I know his life was tied to it and that’s why he was like 500 years or something? I know he wouldn’t be able to turn back into a riverfolk person but would he survive at all? How do you think he would die? Explode into dust like Sauron?
