Does anyone else not like how they don't offer a physical version of the textbooks?

I like how taking online classes with SNHU makes it more convenient to work during the week, but I feel like I learn much better with physical materials, especially textbooks. The online books are hard to focus my attention on. I was wondering if any fellow students had a similar or different perspective on online textbooks.

I can’t wait for the ridiculously long lines!! /s

Hopefully, people treat us well this weekend. Customers can be extra impatient and demanding around holidays.

I sometimes get irrationally angry when people use their horns at me. Even if I’m the one in the wrong, I still take it personally. It makes me extremely regretful that I sometimes react in ways that put myself and others in danger. Has anyone had this mindset before? How did you get out of it?

Recently, I was scheduled to have a call with a recruiter about a full-time job I applied for. They reached out to me asking me to chat with them, so I replied and we settled on a time to call. I sat down at the agreed-upon time and I didn't get any call, so I waited a few minutes and called the recruiter myself. I politely explained that I was still interested in the role. I haven't heard anything back from this recruiter since.

I think it is absolutely ridiculous that recruiters are allowed to ghost candidates like this and get away with it.
