I have opened a holding company, where I own a percentage of our startup which is our Operational ApS. I needed a laptop for work, thus I decided to buy it on my own Holding ApS, and not to make a loan towards our Operational ApS (the startup). Now im finding out that maybe it was a mistake, because the sole purpose of the Holding is to own shares. I decided to buy from my own, because I had the money in the account for the laptop after the required 20k DKK to open a company.
What should I do now, anyone has some good knowledge of the situation? I do not want to run in any bad tax situations.

Hey! I want to purchase for work a laptop because my current one died, thus I was thinking if it’s allowed to transfer money from my ApS to our Holding company of the startup, so I can get the laptop without VAT? Thanks!

I’m an 28y/o expat living in Copenhagen for a while, I came here to study and finally finishing my Master. Unfortunately due to some financials constraints I took around 100k in SU Loan, but I’m fine with that as it helped me in some difficult times.
Now I want to get back on track, I am looking to invest around 2000DKk monthly to begin with, as that is something I am capable of saving at the moment without influencing my monthly finances, I have around 20.000dkk in savings, but I feel a bit lost, where to start.
I would love to hear about your experience in starting, maybe from someone who started not that long ago like 3/5years without any experience.

Hi, I’m doing my Master thesis and our sample size is quite small, 5. But it’s very specific and around people with special needs with whom we made a one month testing period of our solution.
It’s a software solution and because of our sample
size we can not really say that the outcomes are positive, statistically.
Do you have any tips? I am going for sure to mention all these in the Limitation section, but thinking about best way to approach the results discussion.
