Pop up happening every hour since downloaded Google messaging. How to get rid of it? What is this? Uninstalling Google messaging didn't stop it. Google TV app completely off, never used. Help

Switching from Samsung messaging to Google messaging before 7/6 due date. Downloaded Google messaging 7/3. Since then, this keeps popping up hourly on my home screen. Never used Google TV, never opened the app, it's completely turned off. I uninstalled Google messaging, but Pop up still happening. Tried all kinds of things, nothing stops it

I cannot " delete" it. It says " Do I want to request this ...to my email. " choices : allow / deny. Little black triangle at top of phone. How do I get rid of it?

Shopping for auto cat feeder for wet food

So many choices of pet/ cat Auto feeders for wet food. Suggestions please. Primarily for middle of night and midday wet food feedings, and maybe only 2 to 3 food bowls. Tried: The continuous ticking of a feeder(with a dial like a kitchen timer) seemed to deter my cat from using it, so maybe I should look at digital ones....or be patient and see if he gets used to it. Some are too expensive. Stainless steel is a plus, but not necessary. Been looking on Amazon. Thanks!

My phone bill increased by about $14 for April. I called Verizon to inquire why, since I just have land line and internet. I do not have fios. The darn land line that I've had for years is costing me an additional $10/ mo+ fees! Why? It's a pushbutton phone , for crying out loud!
