Pain and lump under foot

I have an ache on the bottom of my foot for a little while probably a couple weeks. I noticed it first after being on my feet all day. I finally looked at the bottom of my foot and I see this squishy lump. It does not hurt to touch. It is soft and squishy. The spot itself does not ache but the entire area above my heel does.

Breast pain for 3 months

I’m really sick to my stomach over this. I’ve had a dull ache for about 3 months that’s mostly in my armpit and the side/bottom of my breast, with the occasional ache at the very top. Kept waiting for it to go away but never has. I may get a day or 2 with no sensation but then it’s back to it. I have no other symptoms, but I’m scheduled for a 3D mammogram and ultrasound on Monday and my anxiety is through the roof. Has anyone had similar pain that turned out to be something benign? Since it’s been 3 monthly cycles and still there my mind tells me it’s something sinister. I’m 40 if that matters.

Hormone test ?

Went for my annual OB appointment. She didnt do a pap, she said I had one two years ago and apparently it’s only done every 3 due to me being 40? Anyway, I really only went in there because I was having breast pain and other hormonal symptoms. She was an NP, not an MD I don’t know if that really matters but she kind of just shoved me off when I told her some of my issues. Anyway, one thing that I was happy about is she agreed to test some hormones so I wanted to ask you guys if what she ordered is normal and if I should be asking for more. I understand doing the hormone test is just where they are at that moment in time and that they can change quickly and often, but I figure I will look into it and get an idea of where I am right now. She ordered: estradiol, FSH, LH, progesterone, testosterone, TSH & T4. The few symptoms I mentioned to her were the breast tenderness, ovulation spotting, migraines, joint pain, anger. I have more but felt rushed so my brain started going blank. Oh AND, she told me to test on the 2nd day of my period. Is that correct? I feel like I should test on a day that I am having a lot of symptoms to see where I’m at at that moment but she insisted I do it the second day of my period.

Breast and armpit ache

Let me start with saying this ache is my only symptom. I have lumpy breasts, but nothing that feels harder or more abnormal than usual, no discharge, no redness or warmth, no skin changes, literally just the ache. The ache is in my armpit, It is in that connective tissue from the armpit to the breast, It is on the left side my breast, under the breast and the top of the breast, not really in the nipple area. It could ache in all the areas all at once or I can just ache and one area and then move onto the next so it’s never just in one spot. Once in a blue moon, I’ll get a whole day with no symptoms. But that’s not the norm. I want to say this started about two cycles ago and I’m almost to my third. I will add this happened to me about 10 years ago, which ended up with the clean mammogram and ultrasound. Same kind of ache and most of the same locations. But I’m now 40 and things changes. Waiting gyno appt. Just checking in to see if anybody has any similar stories.
