If I use [[karn liberator]]’s ultimate to restart the game and [[prismatic piper]]is one of my commanders. Can I change the color of prismatic piper in the new game provided my deck still fits? Example my other partner is black and I effectively build a mono black deck but want to change the color identity for the “new game”.

Why would I want to do this?
Well if it works I was gonna choose a new companion provided my deck fits the requirements and then use both of those companions to combo off for the win for a peak bracket 1 strategy but idk if this works or not

My last ride deck revolves around an infinite mana combo except the last ride is my only draw outlet and I don’t have any infinite life gain so when I combo I can only draw about 10 cards before potentially killing myself with the last rides ability.
It’s secondary game plan is control using edicts and discard effects so when you draw 10 cards with let’s say half of them being control pieces then your control game plan gets really strong putting you in a dominate position to hopefully win with by using your big chungus last ride. But is this unfun to play against? Would it be better to just win or is it okay to have a combo thay turns you into an archenemy in a risky way(because I’d be at a low lifetotal every time)?

I’m making a combo control deck using the last ride and I’m trying to find interesting infinite mana combos so I can draw a bunch of cards and control the table and close out the game with my 12/12 beater. The control shell uses edict effects and repeatable discard effects like the bottomless pit to make the last rides draw outlet be more relevant. That way your 3 mana draw actually feels strong when compared to other people’s draw spells that take up a card in their hand. So far I’m leaning towards artifact combos but I’ll take anything that makes infinite mana but try not to make it draw infinite cards like with [[staff of domination]].
