QUESTION AND SPOILERS

Did every single crew member suffer lead poisoning and did it change / enhance their personality? Or was it more just their surroundings and situation?

For example Mr Hickey becomes much more outgoing and confident / happy whereas other crew members fall into despair, but then Crozier seemed to have no signs of illness whatsoever
