Hi all. It’s been a summer of untangling emotions after losing my mom, working on my historic hot mess of a home in New Bedford and caring for my senior pup with CHF. I’d love a night or two in town, sitting on a deck, soaking up the fun people watching, walk to coffee and dog beach. Any ideas for luxe lodging(clean, restful, great linens!) pet-friendly this weekend? know it’s nearly impossible during high tourist season. Thank you for any ideas. 💜

Hello. We adopted a female poodle last week and have struggled with her aggression towards my senior Yorkie (also a rescue) since. We’ve seoerated the dogs into their own safe zones, visited our vet for guidance and tried to be positive, but our senior is terrified and feeling insecure in his own home. I believe this is no longer a feasible situation and have spoken to the rescue about returning and rehoming her into the right placement. Has anyone had to do this? I’ve never given up on a rescue but do need to prioritize my old guy - he’s also had a lot of previous trauma. Note: she was just spayed a week ago and our vet did ensure she wasn’t painful and prescribed a short course of Trazadone to help with her anxiety and decompression. She’s a great pup - friendly with kids and other dogs when greeting on leash but feels like a bad fit. 💔 ideas/success stories welcome

I just had a new Beautyrest Level 4 hybrid delivered and the fabric top seems loose when we try it out. I’ve never owned a pillow top (this is for guest room) - is this normal? It does smooth out some after we let it settle.

I just received this today and while I suspect it might be too soft for my sleep preference, I’m absolutely blown away by the quality and not easily impressed! I had to order down alternative due to allergies - highly recommend. It’s like a massive cloud on your bed.

I’m in need of a new 3” mattress topper and have typically used memory foam. After losing my mom to cancer recently, I’m making a real effort to understand what we buy for our home in terms of toxins. My mattress is very firm and I’m looking for that joint-cradling feel without sinking in. Any insight on latex toppers vs. memory foam and brands you recommend?
