The Doggs’ SCS entry ROTED series! (Day 25) (SCS Satire is out)
Sorry Polish Cow fans :(

Sorry Polish Cow fans :(
I have something very important to say:
>!>!BANGARANGA!< >!🇧🇬!<>!!<!<
I mean I know yinz weren’t fans when it came last but damn out already? Idk if it’s the AQ effect, the TikTok effect (it was a little viral on there), how sexual the video was, or something else that caused it to be unpopular? (I mean I guess it could always be “people just didn’t like it” ig)
There were 2 comments for Arthur’s Theme yesterday and they had 3 DOWNVOTES COMBINED WHAT IS THIS CONSPIRACY
All 3 of Latvia, Armenia, and Switzerland have not managed to qualify, therefore I will have depression for a period. I will be honoring the fallen by putting 2 of the countries, Latvia and Armenia, in a duel. Veronica Fusaro is the artist I’m least familiar with and one of her songs has already won SCS so she’s being left out because she’s already gotten her flowers. Anyways, here are the links to the songs:
Atvara - Dzīve mūs mētā
Simón - Paranoia
Voting closes this Saturday at noon. Maybe I’ll feel better by then. I probably won’t but what’s even the point.
After a total of 17 votes, we can officially declare a winner!
As a refresher, here are the 17 songs that competed in the grand final:
Which means >!u/Mmeow777!< wins SCS 41 in Frankfurt, Germany with their submission >!wanderlust!< by >!wavvyboi!<! Congrats on your >!5th!< victory! If you submit a song for SCS 42 you will automatically qualify for the Grand Final of that edition.
In any case, we will be going to >!Balzers, Liechtenstein!< for SCS 38! (Venue: >!Burg Gutenburg Balzers!<)

(will be updated soon after posting this with this winner's edition)
And one more thing:
So yeah there’s definitely a conspiracy to make sure Arthur’s Theme wins this
Hello! Welcome back! Have you been having a good day so far? No matter the answer I hope the results bring up your mood :).
Well we’re at the end now, after today’s results, nothing more will come from Oldvision, at least for now. Isn’t it funny we ended on the opening day of the contest proper? Maybe it would’ve been had I not planned it out that way, although maybe it is still funny to you.
In any case, voting for both our matches has now closed, right at 3:00 PM EDT, right when Eurovision starts, in America anyway. Well regardless here are the results of the Oldvision song contest!
Starting with our 3rd place match between Tu te reconnaitrâs and Desfolhada Portuguesa, each great songs but of course only one could make it onto the podium. So, winning the 3rd place match with a score of 7-2, not exactly close unfortunately, it’s…
>!Tu te reconnaitrâs!<
Congratulations to that song for making the podium! But of course 4th place is high as well and >!Desfolhada Portuguesa!< can be proud of itself for that finish!
Now for the main event, of course no shade to the previous songs but this is still the championship! Now this was a hard fought battle between our 2 competitors, Dansevise and Poupée de cire, Poupée de son. It was very close, but eventually a conclusion was reached! The winner of the Oldvision Song Contest is…
>!Dansevise and PDCPDS?!<
Turns out that both entries would get >!5!< votes each, meaning that they tied! Usually we would have a wheel spin to determine the winner, but it would feel wrong to have a coin flip decide the championship, so both songs will share the title! Congratulations to >!Denmark and Luxembourg!< for being co-winners of the OSC!
Now a thanks to you, a thanks to everyone who commented something in the nomination stage, everyone who voted in a group, everyone who voted in the knockout rounds! From the bottom of my heart, thank you, now enjoy Semifinal 1! Hope your qualifiers qualify!
Song Contest Sunday is a small song contest hosted each week, where users can share songs that will compete in the contest. For the 41st edition of SCS edition in Frankfurt, Germany, we've received 28 submissions. Now only 17 entries remain that could win the entire thing - the rest were eliminated in the Semifinals that happened during the last two days.
You have until Thursday 14 May 2026 at 20:00 CEST to vote in the contest. The voting itself will happen in ScoreWiz where you can drag your top 10 into order and give them points according to the normal ESC point system.
The list of participants in this contest will be commented under this post, sometime shortly after release.
The results will be announced in r/Eurovisionfancontests shortly after voting closure.

And here's the lineup for the Grand Final:
Don't forget: You can also vote with the dropdown menu if drag and drop doesn't work!
Dang can’t believe my debut entry is out
It was a 3 way tie so I had to spin a wheel also had to adjust every songs placement because of alles verloren being added
LEVKA has won SCS Newbies, which was hosted in Shkoder, Albania. Because of this, we'll be going to Frankfurt, Germany for SCS 41. The contest will be hosted at Festhalle.
In any case, we've received 28 submissions for SCS 41. We will now decide which acts will qualify for the final via two semifinals! You can drag your 7 qualifiers from each semi into order and give them points this way and the 7 songs with the most points will qualify. We will vote with StrawPoll in the Semifinals and with ScoreWiz in the Grand Final. There will be 16 participants in the Grand Final consisting of 7 qualifiers from each Semifinal and 2 automatic qualifiers!
You have time until Monday 11.5.2026 20:00 CEST to vote in all two Semifinals and the qualifiers will be revealed on r/Eurovisionfancontests soon after.

Here's a Semifinal 2 recap made by our recap cutter: https://youtu.be/FuNP8JsraeA
This Semifinal has 13 participants and 7 of them will qualify for the Grand Final. Here they are:
Vendredi sur Mer - Écoute chérie
KAJ - Economy Plus
Semifinal 1:
Definite Qs:
Moldova and Greece: Televote is going to carry these through despite underwhelming rehearsal clips
Israel: Televote will also carry this one but it’s not like Moldova or Greece because it’s illegitimate
Finland and Sweden: Both have a lot of appeal for both sides, of course Finland more so but they’ll easily sail through
Lithuania: Good enough song with a good enough staging with great vocals should have enough jury appeal to see it through comfortably
Serbia and Croatia: Balkan voting will carry each other through, along with also having tele and jury appeal in general respectively
Questionable Qs:
Montenegro: Could go with the Balkan Qs category but the staging is weak imo and doesn’t have much general public appeal so it could get screwed over
Poland: Song is still weak somewhat but the staging elevates it so much that I’m inclined to have it Q, although still could end up on the wrong side
Questionable NQs:
Estonia: The revamp and staging might have just saved the song from a previously expected NQ but the semi is strong enough for me to believe it still NQs
Georgia: Song is still strong enough musically to qualify and I’m inclined to believe that the vocals are voice saving in this case but they really botched the staging so I can’t see it in the final
Definite NQs:
Portugal and Belgium: Boring ballad and pop song respectively whose stagings look nice and all but it won’t be enough to save them
San Marino: Boy George being there killed their chances tbh, he really brings down Senhit’s energy, and she needed to be at 300% (which she usually is) for them to Q
Semifinal 2:
First of all, I have 8 questionable entries to 15 entries total so…
Definite Qs:
Czechia and Malta: Both very well staged ballads with great vocals, will both score very highly with juries which will see them through!
*Ukraine: **points at the diaspora map*
Denmark: Can’t really give you a real reason outside of “of course it will”, it’s the 2nd most likely song to win imo it should have no trouble!
Australia: Will have appeal from both sides but especially the jury will make sure it goes through without trouble!
Romania: Stellar staging and a pretty televote friendly song, I don’t see it having any issues!
Questionable Qs:
Armenia: Charismatic performer with a great staging but the song struggles musically with many people (not me I love it), televote should send it through but it could flop
Switzerland: Nothing about this screams Q but the staging is sure to be memorable and the songs that do best in Eurovision are not very “Eurovisionlike” so I’m not counting it out!
Albania: I’m not really sure about the staging here and could struggle after going after another male ballad with much better staging, but I still see it qualifying!
Bulgaria: Honestly pretty similar to Armenia in this case but not quite as televote friendly, seems to be popular but I wouldn’t be surprised to see it on the other side
Questionable NQs:
Azerbaijan: Don’t kill me but they really nailed the staging, the Azerbaijani parts are really good, and she’s great vocally, I could see the juries latching on to this and send it through, but it’s a strong enough semi for me to lean NQ
Cyprus: Once again, don’t kill me but the staging isn’t great and she’s not great vocally, not saying this can’t Q but it’s pretty likely to happen if the vocals aren’t fixed up
Norway: Really great vocals and performer but the song and staging is mid, so idk odds have this through but I’m not sure if I see it…
Latvia: Just a really crowded semi ballad wise and it doesn’t really stand out, but if the juries lock on to the flawless high notes who knows?
Definite NQs:
Luxembourg: Basically what I said about Belgium and Portugal earlier, not a bad song but doesn’t stand out at all.
