Help with a tattoo?

Dear pianists of reddit,
can you maybe help me with a tattoo I wanted to get?

I am on the way to Rome and wanted to get me a tattoo. I am more or less obsessed with the Love Theme from Spartacus in its different variations and wanted to ask if anyone here could scribble me the three notes that basically make the beginning of the theme? I searched google but found different sheet music. I'd like it as simple as possible.

Would really appreciate the help and don't want to get this wrong.

The night feeling all over Europe

None of these are photos. These are frames from videos I shoot.

[OC] Vor einigen Wochen war ich nachts in Augsburg unterwegs und habe die leeren Straßen gefilmt. Mit Dubtechno Musikalisch untermalt wurden diese Aufnahmen vom gebürtigen Augsburger JD (ehemaliger Resident im Cocoon). Hoffe die Aufnahmen gefallen euch.

I am a huge fan of Henning Schmiedts Music for 3, especially the first track on the album which is a lot of ambience and a few piano moments. It reminded me a lot of the background sounds from Zelda BOTW. Do you know anything similar?

Ich filme Städte bei Nacht und arbeite mit Locals zusammen, die Sets, wie Soundtracks für diese Aufnahmen spielen. Letzten Monat war ich mit der Kamera in Augsburg unterwegs. Hier einige Eindrücke.
Es handelt sich hierbei nicht um Fotos sondern um Frames aus dem Film, der am Freitag hier rauskommt. Hoffe die Aufnahmen gefallen euch.
