EDIT: btw I'm just going in order of when ppl commented in case anyone's curious! a lot of ppl are responding so I def won't get to everyone but I will DO MY BEST I also don't have to get up for anything tmrw so I'm gonna stay up late doing a bunch

EDIT 2 i also obviously don't expect revenges (that would be insane of me). No pressure at all to revenge or anything, like seriously.

FINAL EDIT: unfortunately it is now 3:30am and I worked a 10 hour shift today so I am slightly tweaking and must sleep lol. I'm gonna get up tomorrow at 9 and do my best to finish a few more of these (I wasn't expecting so many ppl to reply and I really want to get to as many ppl as possible!). Despite that, I still probably won't be able to hit EVERYONE, but if I don't get to you I'll bookmark/follow you for next year! Also, if I upvoted your response it means I attacked you!

How do I keep google photos from automatically AI generating slop based on my photos

The app on my phone doesn't do this, but I just opened the Google Photos site on my laptop (Windows if that's relevant), and in the memories bar at the top it popped up like "wow look at this disgusting slop we generated based on YOUR photo without your permission!!!" which is very upsetting and creepy and makes me very uncomfortable.

How do I turn this off. Other sites said to disable it in google photos settings but I couldn't find anything gemini/ AI/ generation/ 'creation' related in google photos settings or my general google settings.

images aren't allowed but I'll put a screenshot of the generated image in the comments just for reference or if anyones curious.

Alt swimwear?

Anyone have recommendations of where to buy alt swimwear that's decent quality and not obscenely priced?

(I'm looking for womens, but I'm not interested in extremely sexual/revealing swimwear designs, which is all I've been finding unfortunately. I may just be using the wrong search terms but IDK. It doesn't need to be super modest just not like obviously designed by a horny man.)

I very much know this is AI but help me convince my mother

My mom ordered this tshirt off Etsy today for my dad's birthday. Upon seeing the photos I IMMEDIATELY could tell it was AI but I'm not great at picking out specific details that prove it to convince my mother.

To be clear I mean the design of the tshirt, not just the promotional photos. Where I'm currently at is that she believes the photos are AI, but thinks they're AI generated photos wearing a real human made tshirt (?? idk her logic).

Found a parking citation on the ground (no relevant cars in sight), what do I do with/about it?

Would suck to be hit with a massive fine for paying late and not know you even had a citation in the first place. (If this happens to be YOUR car or you know whose it is lmk and I'll get the citation to you however you'd like)

Found in lot 12g (by fairhaven), there were no Chevvies in the lot when I found this (8pm) (I did look around).

Assuming nobody contacts me over reddit that it's their car what should I do about/with this?

was feeling kinda topographic with this one.

the markers are from Element tattoo supply (they were a bday gift so I'm not sure but probably were purchase on Amazon), and are meant for stenciling freehand tattoos I believe.

They were nice to doodle with and didn't bleed into the fissures of my skin as much as a sharpie, but unfortunately I have mild dyshidrotic eczema on my hands and they flared it up a little bit so I won't be using them in the future.

Also a warning for anyone planning to use them, the first time you wash your hand afterwards a flood of purple ink comes off and it will stain your sink. The design will still be super visible on your hand and doesn't smudge much but the ink rubs onto other stuff that touches it.

If anyone has recommendations of specific other skin-safe doodling markers lmk
