Dreamcast games you loved that had disappointing soundtracks?
For me it’s Rippin’ Riders. Cool game, should have had a licensed soundtrack though like Tony Hawk or Burnout.

I think most people view the Dreamcast as almost like an arcade in the home and focus primarily on multiplayer arcade games, so what are the best single-player experiences on the console?
For me I’ve really been enjoying RE: Code Veronica and Rayman 2 lately. And Soul-Calibur is honestly still a great time in single-player due to the mission mode and all the unlockables.
Wow. Game is amazing. I don’t know how I missed out on this game as a kid.
I have a really hard time choosing. I think if I’m being honest Soul Calibur is probably the best game on the entire platform when you consider the total package, but I also really really love Marvel vs Capcom 2 and Powerstone 2… and pretty much all of the other ones I own too.
I currently own these:
Soul Calibur
Dead or Alive 2
Marvel vs Capcom
Marvel vs Capcom 2
Capcom vs SNK
Street Fighter Alpha 3
Street Fighter 3 Double Impact
Power Stone
Power Stone 2
King of Fighters 99 Dream Match
