V6 Plus... the volume up/down button on the bottom left of the remote stopped controlling the sound. Any idea on how to fix?

The small programmed buttons at the top still work. This is on both an LG and a Samsung TV. The volume on the Toshiba still works.

I need to purchase disposable plates, forks, knives, and spoons for a celebration of life. I was told to get 200 compartment plates, 100 bowls, and "flatware".

How many of each type of flatware should I buy? I don't want to overdo it and be more wasteful than necessary.

I have never planned any sort of event or party before, and the widow hasn't really either. It's all a guess.

I have storm damage to my vehicle. I've never had to place a claim before. Should I get repair estimates first and then contact Erie, or do I contact insurance first and then go in to get and submit an estimate?

I'd be able to get my vehicle in for an estimate tomorrow or the next day.

My mom had NF1, tumors became cancerous, and she died from what was then called "malignant schwannoma" (back in the late 80s). Maybe called malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor (MPNST) now?

Are there tests that I can have done to ensure I don't have it? Years ago, all that was mentioned was a physical exam for diagnosis. Would it be obvious if I did have it? Assuming I don't, but thought maybe I should be sure as I have a child of my own now.

My doctor (endocrinologist) prescribed phentermine for its ability to help reduce excessive daytime drowsiness from corticosteroids that I have to take daily. I'm at 37.5mg, split into 2 doses a day.

I've been on it for a month now, but last week it seemed to stop working.

Has this happened to anybody else? I know it's commonly prescribed for weight loss (I did lose a bit), but I'm on it to stay awake and increase focus. I still notice better focus, but I can barely keep my eyes open after 3pm.

I've been experiencing excessive drowsiness around 3pm every day, including weekends. My sleep is honestly incredible, and I wake up feeling very refreshed. A jealous amount of waking up refreshed.

Could this be from perimenopause?

I do have other health issues, so I'm trying to figure out what might be causing this.

My doctor has me on phentermine to combat the sleepiness (not for weight loss) and it worked for a month, but now I'm back to where I was before.

I used to take Greenstone hydrocortisone, but over the last couple years I feel like it hasn't been working. I recently switched to a different steroid and am beginning to feel better.

Does anybody know if the formula changed? I did great on this stuff for a decade and suddenly I wasn't.
