Are these bed bug bites?

Yesterday I felt a bunch of tiny bumps along the back of my neck. They didn't itch. I have sensitive skin so I assumed it was a reaction to something. I'm deep cleaning everything I typically wear or use to see if it helps. I found a bed bug at work a few months ago and now wonder if one came home with me. Another patch of bumps sprung up today on my lower neck. Please tell me I'm overthinking this 😰

Are these wheels for any specific purpose or is it just a baseless style choice? I couldnt find anything doing my own research except for some oscillating "Shark Wheels" but other than that, I've hit a dead end.

Fun fact! Green tree pythons can sometimes have bits of blue on them, especially as juveniles. This blue becomes more apparent under coral lights!

Pics 5 and 6 are a different snake but she's pretty so I added her
