AI is the worst for my googling compulsion

It will just keep responding and affirming me and it's so hard to not fall into that trap.

I even put into the settings that I have OCD and to NOT reassure me but it still kind of does it.

Claude is the best, it will actively tell me ERP strategies but it still forgets I have OCD and so I can "conveniently" forget to tell it.

UGH

Looking for personal experiences: Anyone on meds for ADHD and OCD?

I'm worried that the ADHD meds might make my OCD worse right as I got it under control. I'm on Lexapro and nortriptyline currently.

Anyone see that ADHD meds made their OCD worse? Anyone notice it make it better? Just looking to hear personal experiences (I see my psychiatrist tomorrow)

How to get past the second level?

Played peak for the first time today. The first level was fine but we constantly were unable to even get to the mountain, let alone up it, in the second level today.

What are we missing? Everyone but me decided we didn't like the game because of it and I'm hoping we are just missing something easy so I can convince my friends to try again.

What gender do you dream in?

Just curious. I'm cis female (technically, I mean gender is whatever to me, call me what you want but I was afab so it's easier to stick with that) but about one third of the time when I dream I'm male, about a third of the time I'm agender and the rest of the time I'm female in my dreams.

I was curious about other folk

Any hopes for a cure for mental health issues on the horizon?

Not "management" or "in remission" but actual cures where mental health issues go away?

Any studies being done that are showing promise?

Any hope?

Hi, hopefully this is the right place. If not, please tell me where to go.

My son is three and uncircumcised. My husband is circumcised so we are kind of in the dark here.

At his check up, the doctor suggested we start teaching him to retract the foreskin and start washing it. Cool.

So the past two nights I tried that in the bath.

Trying to explain to a three year old how to retract the skin of a penis is apparently more difficult than I thought. Explaining to pull back the skin just means he grabs the skin and pulls it forward or attempts to wiggle the whole penis.... 🙄

I was told to never retract it myself, but can/should I show him what I mean at least? Like pull it back a little bit and say "like this, keep going"? Or should I just keep trying and hope he gets it some day???

Help please!
