Best Buy going in at City Center

I noticed in the last week or so that a sign has gone up for a new Best Buy location at City Center off Alameda & 225. Does anyone know if this is going to be in addition to the existing Best Buy at Mississippi & 225 or is it replacing that location?

If the new location is replacing the existing, I imagine it has something to do with the consistent homeless camp that’s always setup at the Mississippi on/off ramps. Can’t be good for business. Not only that, the Best Buy at Southlands closed so I wouldn’t think they’d open a new one just 2-3 miles apart.

Apparently Birkan has confirmed that he and Laura have broken up, citing “life changes, world changes, worldview changes” and he is saying he has a bigger cause than desire now.

If I had to guess, Laura probably said something about his usage of the N-word online. Rumor also has it according to the post that he’s joined Türkiye’s military.
