Both James and Mike are the face of AVGN and Cinemassacre as a whole. But what if Kyle and Bootsy played a much bigger role?

What if their involvement was much higher since the beginning? What if they would create more music for the show, act in more silly roles, realize more of their own ideas, and create their own videos, like for example, "Bootsy Beats" ? Contribute to script writing like Mike did? Or even just simply bounce their ideas back and forth, and make something out of it? What if everyone contributed more or less equally into the channel in their own way, and all of them took it seriously?

Where would Cinemassacre be today? What if they'd stuck to the local brews, instead of this corporate bullshit?

Life is too short. They should all eat some peyote in the desert and finally bury the hatchet and come back full fucking force!

Screenwave would take care of the business and management side of things (as usual). Making sure everyone gets played fairly for their work, and the boys could simply take care of the creative side of things working as a team.

Hell, even James looked way more energized by simply sitting next to Kyle.

These guys always were the soul of the channel. And if the last few years taught us anything, It's that you simply can't buy genuine chemistry. I mean, just look at them, they're like the fucking Beatles of shitty gaaeemes. You can't reproduce this. Not with the slobs, not with the Johns, not with anybody for that matter.

These are the files you have to replace in the "data" folder (the last one "seabed.ipl" is in data/maps/leveldes):

"timecyc.dat colorcycle.dat seabed.ipl"

Go to options and change:

brightness at 0%

visual treatment at medium or high

draw distance at 40%

So now your game should look as close to the PS2 version as possible on this Anbernic setup.

The radar/minimap at down left corner (instead of top left) still doesn't work for me for some reason. Maybe I'll be able to fix it, but if not, at least the PS2 style colors/skybox is possible :)

(btw I can't believe how many people said it's not possible or thought I want to play the actual PS2 game on this little thing. Maybe I didn't explain clearly what I'm looking for lmao)

UPDATE 2: Everything works now. I've managed to get the radar in the proper position.

I don't know why, but the Adjustable.cfg file weren't there.

Maybe I've messed up somehow before, but now all works.

Just copy the "360Default960x720.cfg" file from "ports\gtasa\assets\data" and paste it to:

(I've pasted it to two folders just to be sure:)

1. ports\gtasa
2. ports\gtasa\assets

Rename it to "Adjustable.cfg" and you're golden. You now have the classic radar in down left corner.

I can't help but think we've missed out on a classic episode with this Lupin III shit.

I've never even watched it, but I know it's a classic animation, as it started back in the 70's, (I believe?), and it's about this master thief and his criminal gang or something. I've played a bootleg famicom game based on it as a kid. But considering this is a retro hand drawn animation (Mike's territory) and the fact that the man looks just like the IRL version of the main character, I can't help but see it as if he was born to play this role. It's uncanny.

It's a thing that could have only worked in the golden era. When our beloved Yerba Matej was young, thin, with a short, round haircut and full of energetic mateine juices. Just think about it, all they had to do was dress him in a Joker outfit (maybe paint it again for a more lore accurate color), watch the most popular full lenght animated film just to get a grasp of the plot (cause no time for a full series - can't blame them tbh) and just play a few of those japanese only shitty gaaameeess.

And that's it! A guaranteed classic. They couldn't fuck this up, not in the classic era. But now it's too late, and I highly doubt we'll see Mico Bandito in any type of costume on AVGN ever again.
