I've been thinking about TLoS lately. I don't know why. I played DotD the year I graduated highschool...and the hype quickly died down and I moved on. But lately I've had the Valley of Avalar music playing in my head, and despite the flaws and being a game I only need to play once, I am remembering the story of DotD and there's one part that is confusing me.

Was it ever explained how the Destroyer could complete its walk around the world to destroy it after Spyro and Cynder destroyed its heart? Either in dev notes or lines in the game itself?
