So I have this kreo hive 65 bought in Feb and normally every key works normal but sometimes the s key specially just doesn't work I have only faced this while playing valo only for last 2 days and s key doesn't work at all or very little like it's just not registering my touch and if I close valo and open browser it works normally anyone knows wht to do?

I had made a post before for this and someone from management said that we have too much content to deliver for the brand that we are associated with so making an documentary is not that much feasible and we want to give the best content so after watching a lot of content and procrastination.
My Lil idea- I thought why don't we make
content like nrg valo does for eg they
would turn their vlogs into documenters ( they will upload 1 for whole stage and intl) for near 1 hour and have these Lil interview + Lil snippets for conversation the team is having as some people say the tough talk or maybe just not tht deep but conversation tht shows wht the team is going through ( London vlog had some) so that people can connect more because more emotions the more people feel connected and also when the team goes out we can add that content also.
Any other suggestions?
