Is this it ? What do I do with it ?

I have no experience… I don’t wanna pick it if it’s a hard process. Is this even enough? It also doesn’t have the red color so idk maybe not it 🤔 but I read it can be this color too.

Is this a worthwhile (or dangerous) experiment?

I have experience with psycholoactive substances, but I think I read you can use this for that, or for sleep/anxiety issues (which I struggle a lot with)

Is it mold? 🫪 Or just dust/hair buildup?

I have a Midea u-shaped AC and it’s got this stuff on it and idk if it’s mold or not! I am scared to use it now - been using all summer. If it is mold can I used till the end of summer?

I have a cat too.

Flame on (electric) water heater

Shut the breaker off but yeah this coil thingy got too hot and had created a flame. You can see it started to melt the red cap next to it. Who do I call? Plumber or electrician? Who’d be cheaper/better? Is this an easy fix? One of the ppl on the phone said they’d probably have to “replace the entire heating element, hard to say w/o looking at it” but didn’t have any availability. I am just a single girl who is noticeably naive and I get worried about being taken advantage of. Is this an expensive fix? Or easy/cheap?

Proofread my email about unfair shifts - I suck at asking for what I want. CPTSD makes me feel like I’m being demanding.

I’ve been here since 2017 and the new manager (who’s been here a year) took over scheduling and it sucks. We have 55 employees to schedule and I know she struggles so so I’m hoping it’s a temporary hiccup, but this has been a battle I’ve been fighting off and on the past 5 years to get my schedule how I want it.

I feel guilty demanding nights. They are easier and you make more $$. It’s not about the $ tho, it’s more about the fact I am naturally a night person. I am healing from CPTSD - I need routine but obsessing over this issue when it happens takes hours of my life, drafting emails that I sometimes never send bc I worry I am being too demanding.

Here is the current draft:

Before *(old manager)* left, most my shifts were PM serving. Bar or lunch happened on occasion, when needed, once or twice every 2 weeks. Lately, these make up half of my schedule, while the shifts that I used to work, go to new employees.

I communicated my preferences and talked to *(new manager)* about it weeks ago. I keep lunch open to make scheduling easier, not because I want lunches. I don’t like working lunch or bar, but I do like I’ve been here 9 years- it’s nice to have a stability and reliability.

On the schedule this week, Saturday and Sunday nights went to *(brand new employees)*, while I got both lunches even though *(other person 1) could’ve done Sat lunch and *(other person 2) could’ve done Sunday, so it was disappointing- especially after working two day-bar shifts the week before.

If there’s something I’m not understanding, something I need to do different, if I need to open up Mon or Tues night, or change my availability please let me know so I can adjust, know what to expect and plan accordingly. Days just do not work well with my schedule.

Most people who work here are able to choose whether they want to work days or nights and able to have those boundaries. I have been here 9 years, it would be nice to be able to have that stability and reliability.

Thank you,
Andrea

And the version chat GPT says would be more productive:

I wanted to follow up because I’m still concerned about the direction my schedule has been moving.

I’ve spoken with Maya about my preference for PM serving shifts, but over the past several weeks I’ve continued to see more lunches and bar shifts while receiving fewer of the night Cafe shifts I’ve historically worked.

I’ve been here for 9 years, and for the past few years the majority of my shifts have been serving at night in Cafe. I’d like to get back closer to that balance.

I keep my availability open to help when needed, but I don’t want lunch and bar shifts becoming a regular part of my schedule.

If there is a reason my scheduling has changed, or if there’s something I need to adjust on my end, I’d appreciate knowing.
