STICKY SLAP: Do not order stickers from them no matter how good the deal is.
After getting ghosted by their customer service for the second time, I just wanted to write a quick blurb encouraging people to use any of their competitors (ex: Vinyl Disorder) over Sticky Slap when ordering stickers.
The first time I ordered with Sticky Slap was in September of 2025 for 50x three-inch die-cut stickers. The stickers were printed with the peel attached, which made them look like speech bubbles instead of the circles they were designed as. After messaging customer service three times over three weeks, they claimed to have sent a replacement order and gave me a tracking number, but UPS never received the item, nor created a label for it or shipped it to me. I followed up with Sticky Slap over email our email thread and received this message that they were not taking emails.
Whatever, it wasn't a huge loss, and I was giving out the stickers out for free anyway. Fast forward to this July, and they are running a 100x five-inch die-cut sticker deal for $30. I had a bad taste from last time but this deal was too good to pass up. And guess what? It was in fact too good to be true.
The stickers looked fine this time but they sent me 36 stickers instead of 100. This was all of them, very clearly not 100. I reached out to customer service on July 6th and then again on July 30th and still have not received a reply, which is why I'm coming here to write this.
So again: don't use Sticky Slap for your sticker orders unless you like bungled orders and non-existent customer service.

Soooo...they just gave up on Lanebreak, huh?

They've done an abysmal job marketing it from the jump, but at a time when they're trying to pinch every penny, not putting an emphasis on this feature seems like a massive oversight. How hard would it be to use all of the AI bullshit to let people create a ride chart with whatever sequence of songs they want from the Peloton music library? Just a huge missed opportunity all around.
