Chain pain - help

I started aerial chains recently and the pain of the bruises is getting me down. By the time I get home I feel like I’ve been hit by a truck, even worse the day after, and by the time my next session rolls around the bruises have barely begun to heal so it just compounds and makes them worse. I’m trying arnicare but it’s barely touching the sides. Surely there has to be something 😭🙏🏻

Recommendations for my poor knees!?

I did my first class yesterday, and while I’m fully aware of the need to “tough it out” to condition my body, I also pole dance. My knee ditches get destroyed and I know this will have a knock on effect and potentially limit me in pole.

Are there any sleeves/accessories I can use for aerial to give some cushion to them, so they’re not completely busted?

Can I change my rector soles for neptunos?

So I bought this pair of vintage neptunos (I have NO idea why they discontinued them! 😭), but they were listed as a different size and I can just about fit my feet in them. They’re not selling anywhere else in my size so I was wondering if I could DIY.

I was planning on taking them to a cobbler and asking them to switch out the sole/platform. Anyone know if this is possible?

Sin in Linen - anyone own any of these pieces?

I'm looking at their velvet collection in ruby, and was wondering if anyone knows the true colour of the pieces?
In some pictures they look more cool toned/purple-y but on others they seem like a true red.

For reference my walls are purple (exactly the same as their banner at the top of the website). I would like this set but can't tell if it'll clash with them. Alternatively I've seen the damask collection as well - it looks a little more blue toned and might pair better.

If anyone has any pictures or can give me some insight I'd really appreciate it! (P.s. I know they have a purple collection, but I'm not a huge fan of the colour and want to draw on the red undertones in my walls)

Anyone had any trouble with this?

I’m 90% sure it won’t be an issue, but I just want to check before. I’m coming from afar so turning back isn’t really an option.

Spiked clothing + drinking horns, anyone been turned away for either?

Also wanting to bring some paracetamol and antihistamines for the day, but I’d only want to bring a strip of each. I know it states bringing a box with your name on, but these are non-prescription. Alternatively are these both offered at the welfare points?

I’m a barista and on my feet for around 10 hours a day. I’ve gone through about 3 of the Converse Move, they’re amazing and it’s like walking on clouds, BUT I have been developing a mean callus on the side/bottom of my big toe on my leading foot from how tight they are around the front. I was looking into vans because they’re wider and I didn’t have any friction/pressure on my toe when I wore them the other day, but obviously they’re way too flat. I want something casual and stylish like converse/vans. Any recommendations?

▲ 4 r/skin

I work long hours on my feet and put a lot of weight on this foot, I don’t have this callous on the other one. I know I should probably change my shoes but that’s another conversation. Had this callous for about 3 years, sometimes I take to cutting off all the dead skin I can because it’s a little crazy. I did exactly that a couple of weeks ago, plus I regularly file with a pumice stone and use urea cream.

Came back from work today and it was pretty hot, so my feet are quite warm which is why the skin’s white. I assumed it was all dead so took to trimming off what I could (which turned out not to be much), when I apply a little pressure with my finger it can be a little tender. And that’s a lot of skin to be turning white. I’m just wondering if it looks like something more sinister?
