The stupid digital art argument again.

As a digital artist this is stupid.
I got in an argument with witty and she never gave a reason that digital art isn’t art, that she gave everyone else.

This again

No, we don’t work for you.
Most of us are just amazed at how stupid someone can be.

Also you make a stupid, and insane take.
And now we know that you lurk on these sub Reddits.

Coding is not the same as ai art

Ok, this is a really stupid take.
I’am a indie game dev, and coding is not the same as ai “art”. I still have full control over the code, and what I want it to do.

I spent hours troubleshooting, and tweaking it until it works. Apparently there are “similarities”, but they are very very different from each other.

Like when it comes to ai “art” the computer does everything.

Whereas coding I’am doing all the work, and the computer is just running that code, I can even stop it mid run time if it starts to break. I don’t think you can do that with ai “art”.

This is not ok

This makes me very angry.

This is not something you take lightly. They’ve probably have never felt the pain, and the hurt of losing the ability to do the things you love, or watching someone you care about losing their ability to do the things they love.

I have watched people I care about lose their ability to do their hobbies, and interests. It really hurts watching them go through that.

It’s just showing that some ai-bros lack empathy.
I’am stop here before the post gets emotional for me.

My custom jumppack chaplain

He’s all done, and ready for tabletop.
I would like an advice on how to paint flames, this was my first time doing it, and love to get some tips to help improve my technique.

How are we hypocrites?

They’re comparing two things that are very different.
There’s a different between getting your art stolen, and drawing someone inappropriately.

I’ve had my art stolen before and it sucks. But it’s disgusting for them to then make fun of people who are upset that their hard work got stolen.

Sure you do.

Remind me again who posted those warhammer comics trying to push a narrative, with characters and ips you don’t own.

Kinda odd that from those comic posts this doesn’t seem to apply to her. Also the fact that she made fun of people for reusing meme templates, but doesn’t that fall under what she’s claiming?

What?

Who said we’re ourselves comparing to SA victims? That’s not something you use lightly.

Having your art run through AI sucks, but it’s nothing compared to SA.
So according to witty artist aren’t allowed to complain, and talk about how it hurts having your art run through AI.

They are not working for you.

Who the hell does she think she is?
Like seriously she’s just pulling this out of thin air.
I didn’t know someone could be this detached from reality.

I would also like to point out something, and maybe it’s just me. But does her OC when she makes posts like this kinda look like spawn.

So digital art isn’t art apparently.

I saw this on my Reddit feed, even though I purged it of ai ragebait. Guess the system isn’t perfect, but anyway witty here is saying that Because digital art uses a computer it isn’t art.

What do you mean? The fourth and fifth picture I drew digitally. I drew them in blender with its 2D animation mode, and I drew them with the effort I would if I was drawing them with pencil and paper.

So I guess by her odd standards they aren’t art.

I’d like bring attention to something I’ve noticed.

So I have noticed that wittys follower would comment minutes after she posts something.
I don’t think that’s a coincidence, it’s too consistent to be one.

I think she’s messaging her followers when she posts something, so they can get notifications when someone replies to her post. Then help defend her.

I just thought I’d share what I’ve noticed.

Why is she going back to the stick man argument again?

Like what’s her problem with stick figures. It’s normally the first thing many people draw.

Also what does she mean “they never cared about peoples art before”. I have several posted art pieces that have received love, and enjoyment.

I think this post is more about the fact that they want the praise, but they don’t want to do the work.

Prompt your way outta this(update)

I’ve finished it, it’s all coloured and outlined.
I’am really happy with how it came out.

I have a question?

A recent comment on one of my posts asked if they could colour my art. And I said yes, than I had the idea to draw two versions of a few of my drawings.

One is my finished drawings and colour how I wanted it. And the second being uncoloured so other people can take it and colour and draw on it.

I plan on calling the series colourables, and all I ask that if you do repost a colourable that you at least give me credit for the original drawing, because I believe in giving credit where credit is due.

Would that be something anyone would be interested in?

An AI-bro run my art through AI

All they did was make themselves look stupid, they ran a work in progress that is still being worked on through AI.

Also they removed and added details that were never on the original art, most notably the prompt your way out of this in the bullet trail.

I don’t understand why, Btw the first picture is from the comments, and the second is my art.

Prompt your way out of this(wip)

It’s inspired by a blunt brothers video.
I still need to add colour it, but it looking good so far.

My art progress.

This is my progress of 2 years of paint minis. It’s always fun to look back and see just how far I’ve come, and improved.

To me this is what art is about, learning, improving, trying new things, and most importantly being happy with what you created.
