Company asking for marksheets but I have 2 backlogs — what should I do?

Got an offer from an MNC and now they’re asking for all semester marksheets + pre leaving/provisional certificate.

Problem is:
• I only have marksheets till 5th sem
• 6th sem marksheet isn’t out yet
• and I have 2 backlogs in 5th sem

Can this affect onboarding/background verification badly?

Should I disclose it now or just submit whatever documents I currently have?
Need real advice from people who’ve been through this.

ACCA + B.Com student from India planning a fully funded Master’s in Finance in Germany — is it really worth it?

Hi everyone,

I’m from India and I’m planning to move to Germany for a Master’s in Finance or Accounting, and I’d love some honest advice from people who are currently studying or working there.

My Profile

  • B.Com graduate
  • ACCA qualified
  • CGPA - 7.6/10
  • 1.5 of work experience
  • German language level: B2
  • IELTS: 7.0
  • Age: 21

My Goal

My goal is to get into a public university in Germany and secure a scholarship (ideally DAAD) that provides a monthly stipend, because I can afford a maximum of around ₹5 lakh (~€5,000–€6,000) from my own savings.

I want to build a long-term career in accounting, audit, or corporate finance in Germany.

My Questions

  1. Is my profile realistically competitive for DAAD or other scholarships?
  2. How difficult is it to get a fully funded scholarship for a Master’s in Finance/Accounting?
  3. Is a CGPA of 7.6 enough if I have ACCA and work experience?
  4. How important is German B2 for scholarships and jobs?
  5. Is Germany genuinely worth it for someone pursuing finance/accounting?
  6. What are the actual chances of getting a job after graduation?
  7. What starting salary can someone with ACCA + German Master’s realistically expect?
  8. How hard is it to manage academics, part-time work, and daily life?
  9. Would you still choose Germany if you were starting over?
  10. What do you wish you had known before moving?

I’d really appreciate honest answers — both positive and negative. I want to make a rational decision and understand whether this path is truly worth the effort.

Thank you so much!
