The current status says it arrived at the international hub, (us to canada) and I realized that i didn't put my unit number so i talked to a live agent on the website, and they said that they would email the global shipping team, and that i will receive my package with the updated info, then i got that email of them saying they cant do anything and my best option is to contact my local carrier when i get that tracking information of what carrier it is. so how should i go about doing that? usually with amazon packages they will give it to the office in my building and they take the packages, i have never ordered from ebay before so i don't know if they get there and see its a building but no unit number on the package, if they have to/will automatically have to mark it as RTS (return to sender) and I do not wanna go through all that. So my hopes are that either i contact my carrier and give them my unit number so they can for sure deliver it, or that they end up putting it in the office anyways. (all other address information is correct.)

Theres something wrong with the voicebox as ive said in my last post, and i decided im just gonna try to open him up to repair him but since there is no videos i can find about this woody its hard to make sure i dont ruin the doll. the main issue is unlike the collection voicebox where u can just pull the whole thing out this one has the battery compartment accessible but the main voicebox is wired to that through fabric so i cant get the voicebox out without cutting him open somewhere in a way where im able to open his voicebox. and i dont wanna ruin the doll at all. ive tried referring to a 95 woody repair as there voicebox designs are similar but the difference is the playtime one has the head connected to the voicebox so it will be hard to get to it. whats the best way i could pull this off? I really wanna fix my childhood woody doll

so there's probably no way to fix this unless i cut him open, but long story short ever since i put in wrong batteries his voicebox has been.. faulty? glitchy? i don't know what word i would use but most of the time he speaks fine and plays his phrases with slight distortion but recently its gotten worse and getting worse. today it started glitching really bad almost not completing the first phrase that auto plays when i switch him to "play mode" where as before it would sometimes just glitch or distort, and sometimes when i pull the string it will distort super bad and glitch the fuck out then play the next phrase fine and its that kinda cycle, or it will stop playing the phrases completely, or make a small sound when i pull the string and not play anything. i've cleaned the battery compartment, changed the batteries, (the current brand im using is duracell) and stuff like that yet its still acting faulty. i've researched it and it says it might have something to do with the power/voltage, but it getting worse now has concerned me. i took the batteries out and put them back in, still acting weird. so now i've taken the batteries out completely for now and i will see if it acts weird again. if someone is willing to help me out and try and trouble shoot i would be eternally grateful. and as this is a first variant that was discontinued there is almost no one out there who has taken him apart so i have no idea how his voice box even looks like or works. and if someone wants i can also try and get a video of it happening even though the glitching and how it glitches is kinda inconsistent
