Ender Motherboard 4.2.7

I update my ender 3 v2 to Motherboard 4.2.7 due to some problems with the previous version. Not my display is giving me options I never seen before. Is there some user manual out there that tells me what all these options are? I'm kinda new to this and now, don't even know how to set the Z-Axis or level the bed. Can anyone please help? I would appreciate it greatly.

Marlin 4.2.7 Motherboard

I had to replace my ender 3d v2 neo motherboard due to errors. It was the orgional version, so I updated to the silent 4.2.7 motherboard and flashed the firmware. I also replaced my CR Touch as the pin was sticking in mine. Now, with the new firmware I don't even know how to level my bed. I have several options on my display that I have no clue as to what they mean, "Some pictures attached". How do I level this darn thing now and is their any documenting that tells me what all these new settings that I'm not a custom to mean?

Addiction

I started 3D printing as a hobby a year ago since I'm disabled and "was" bord. It's still just a hobby and I just make things to be making things. I will even give them away to complete strangers in hopes to just brighten up their day. I've got so many thing I've printed in every corner of my house that if ever "God forbid" there was a fire in my house my house would melt not burn!!!

I need to replace the bed springs on my ender 3d v2 neo "gave mine to my son for his ender 3. Been dying to try to use nylon filament for something. Still have the sealed small roll that came with the purchase on my ender. Can I print new spring or I've heard of bushings. Can I do it? Which is best, springs or bushings? Never used nylon so don't what to set orca slicer to. Any recomendations?
