It's just a little hobby of mine and has served me quite well over the years. I've heard of people updating and have ran into problems. My question is, would it be to my advantage to update or would I be flirting with disaster. Also, if there is a update and it's worth it, where do I find it?

I'm wanting to print a bolt and it has to endure being screwed down tight into a nut. I'm using PEGT. How many wall loops and infill should I use? I heard that I should use 99 wall loops and zero infill. Although, respectable this guy doesn't know much about 3D Printing and you guys know. Suggestions?

I have a basic ender 3 "no upgrades", a ender 3 v2 neo "no upgrades" and a ender 3d v2 s1 pro" only upgrade is a silent board". If I can, how do you do it, WiFi, Direct Connect, don't know? Has anyone ever used Creality 7.1 slicer? I've been using it for a long time, mostly because I'm use to it. Thinking about switching to Orca. Is Orca better, and if so can you tell me why?
I'm somewhat a newbie. I'm trying to set up a old ender 3 as a pen plotter. I removed the hotend e assembly but, right before it prints the print carriage drops down to the front left of the bed and runs across to the middle of the bed to start the print. When it does it slightly drags my pen tip across my print. Is there a gcode or something that will keep my print carriage head up until it get over the top center of my paper then lowers to print?
