Sorry for no video as I didnt think it was necessary.

I have this H&K18. Had all the tubes tested, checked the power amp itself, checked all my patch cables. Every time I plug into the return jack in the effects loop of the amp, my clean volume cuts to nothing. The dirty channel will engage a tiny bit of volume but thats it. When nothing is in the effects loop its fine. But the issue is I use a very nasty distortion and I need my noise gate in the effects loop because it cant handle all that gain.

Google says it can be a corroded jack or something as the other issues that it could be seem to not be the case. Is there anything I can do before I have to shell out for some big repair? This is my bedroom amp and its perfect for this.

I've tried everything. Un-installed and reinstalled, cycled router 4 times, power cycled console ect. No other game is having issues. Internet is perfect. I've joined offline and tried connecting via Alma. Nothing works and I just paid $85 + gamepass to play it.

Gotta fix the highlight on his shoulder skull, change the plasma color, add wear and tear to the armor as well as a lightning bolt or two. And obviously do the base but after that I'll officially be a Night Lords enjoyer. Thoughts and critiques? I also went a little overboard on dabbing some blood on the flesh cloth out front. I'm new to the makeup sponge tech haha.

Just wondering how this looks or how I could make it better. It's a black prime with sponged on Kantor Blue, then a bit of Caledor Sky and then a little Teclis Blue. Added some scratches and marks to test where to put them and how bright they should be. Going to practice the lightning effect today on this. Also I still need another blue for a 4th highlight, and I have Blue Horror for a pin highlight (not used). Did this with a makeup sponge from the dollar store.

It's very much a test head so don't judge the one coat of gold that looks bad and other colors please 🥲

Just wondering how challenging it is to swap out the bridge and the tuning machines on this SG? I'm ordering a different color bridge and better tuners (also different colored) and just hoping it's easy to do myself? They seem like they're easy to change.

Been playing music for a long time but just never messed around with swaping hardware. Don't wanna break anything.

Older paintjob I've been touching up. Couple things still need to be fixed but it's mostly finished being touched up. Mainly the plasma. I was using Doomfire Magenta for a bit but just couldn't get it how I wanted it (I'm not great at thinning contrasts). It's no air brush plasma job like those Instagram painters do but I'm stoked on it.
