How was the process to get hrt prescribed for you?

Hey guys, I was wondering if you would be comfortable sharing how difficult it was for you to get T prescribed, because when I talk to other people I realize I was lucky.

I'm from Belgium and I was able to get it prescribed in 3 months, didn't need to fill in paperwork, have a therapist agreeing with it or anything. I just had to get 2 appointments, one to get a prescription to get my blood drawn, and then another one to check the results.

"You should've worn pants" TF

Okay, so, something so weird happened.

I was sitting down on a bench, wearing shorts and reading a book. Some random lady walks her dog, the dog comes really close to me and the lady tells me I can pet her dog. We talk while I'm petting the dog, and then the dog sneezes THERE'S SNOT IN MY BOOK AND ON MY LEGS, ALL THE LADY SAYS IS "YOU SHOULD'VE WORN PANTS" AND SHE LEAVES.

LIKE BRO, TF?

Edit: what pissed me off was the lady's comment. I thought the whole sneezing snot everywhere thing disgusting but kinda funny, I would've been completely okay with the lady not reacting or laughing, just her comment was unnecessary, idk if I make sense.

Books about toxic relationships?

Hey, idk if I'm allowed to post about this subject on here or not, sorry if I'm not supposed to, also sorry for my english, it isn't my first language. I'm a man who went through an abusive relationship a few years ago and lately I've been wanting to read about this subject to understand what happened better, idk if it makes sense. I was wondering if you guys knew any books that talk about abusive relationship without romanticizing it? I once asked about it to a friend who told me to read dark romance which was weird. So yea, sorry if asking about this subject isn't allowed.
