Seems to be a lot of hedge cutting going on around us (North Yorkshire) on hedges that to my eye don't need cutting for either access or road safety.

Does anyone ever enforce the rules around whe hedge cutting is permitted?

Going away for 4 nights tomorrow in our touring caravan, to Northumberland. I should really know what to pack, after touring for 10 years but I’ve only packed 6 beers, socks, undercrackers & night attire.
Do I need more beer?

I put very very little content on there, I’m mainly on to follow my son who does a bit (lot) of urban photography, yet I keep getting random people wanting to follow me.

No matter where I go in the UK I find O2's coverage dodgy to say the least. One good thing is, they still do 'Roam Like At Home' when in certain countries abroad.

Are there any better alternatives than O2 for UK coverage and roaming abroad?

Stuck on red coming from Ripon end, queue back to the junction, bloke in the van just saying 'I know' when anyone tells him including me. Consequently took me over 15 minutes to get through & everyone behind is now irate & blasting their horns. 3 more useless biffers stood around at the other end laughing when anyone told them.

Someone on a local Facearse page has put photos of his supper. A game bird called a Woodcock. Now as far as I’m aware, Woodcock are on the UK red list of endangered birds but for some inexplicable reason it’s still legal to shoot them. Correct me if I’m wrong.
I’m no veggie but shooting birds that are endangered seems wrong to me, even though it’s legal. What am I missing? (Apart from being a bad shot at hitting endangered birds that is)
Anything else that’s legal but fundamentally wrong?
