I’m pretty sure some of you remember me for my old rig, well now that’s gone and I finally have something that is actually ergonomic. Went from my crusty R5 and srp lites to a R16 Ultra (Yes it released early in China) paired with my KS pro and FSR1 and Crp2 pedals.
I was having fun and joking around in a public server, context went about like this:
Friend: Im gonna put a curse on you wait
Friend:(How old are you again?)
Me: 5 (jokingly)
Friend: You're gonna die uhhh before you reach 100 years old
Not even 5 minutes after that conversation, my account immediately got striked and permanently suspended. There's a lot of reasons why this ban is completely BS and unjust. Firstly, my account was created back in 2021/2020, which literally makes it impossible for me to be 5. Secondly, if discord is constantly watching people admit their ages, I have admitted that I was 12 and above several times in other servers (including this one), why suddenly when I make a joke about my age I suddenly get stuck, even though they definitely have proof that im older? And why are they even constantly watching us for this kind of stuff? Are they always watching? So much for privacy. The app is riddled with age restricted content and people who do questionable things that I won't name, but they get to roam freely while I immediately get banned just because I made a joke? Now they are asking for my Face ID so that can verify my age. Im not stupid.

Recently brought a i9-14700K, heard about the issues of the 13th and 14th gen chips, anything I should adjust in BIOS or any settings I should look out for just for precautions? I don’t intend on overclocking it
Been using it to try and get past the firewall just to be met with constant disconnections and failure to establish a IP address, tried switching from automatic to Openvpn or wireguard but it makes it even worse, any known fixes?
The more major problems happen on my M5 MacBook Air, not as much on my IPhone 16 (and no I don’t have any other existing VPNs interfering with it)
And adding on my macos app doesn’t seem to have a option to turn on noborder, is it cause I downloaded it straight off Chinese wifi?
Is there any external software you need to download in order to make sure your ping isn’t sky high? Or is it affected by the u/18 rules in China?

Do you think Prototypes should genuinely be locked behind DR restrictions? LMP3 drivers in the ELMS races are genuienly so incompetent im beating some of them based off pure pace. Being faster than them is one thing, but half of them are just hitting everyone cause they dont know how to brake properly and ruining races for a large majority of us.

Like people are teleporting across track and half of the time I don’t even know if I have made contact or not, is this an internet issue or something hidden? My internet is still at like 150mbps receiving and stuff
