I can’t see anything online about this but I had a pop-up asking me to update MSI Centre and a few other applications that I assumed were all linked but it’s installed two random programs called AiPPT and Voicemod.

I instantly installed AiPPT, apparently it’s some power point generator. I’m assuming Voicemod is just bloatware as well?

Is this….normal? I know people complain about MSI centre but should it be downloading random programs like this?

I cancelled Sky a few weeks ago and our final day is this Friday. They said over the phone we’d need to send all equipment back and it was included on the confirmation email they send but they haven’t sent me anything to return the equipment. Does that normally come after the cut off date or do I need to chase them to avoid charges? It said on the email I have 60 days to return everything so will still have another month.

I’ve setup a cash ISA with trading 212 which I paid £20k into last year and topped up again this year with another £20k.

Following months of research I’ve dipped my toe into investing and bought £1000 of VWRP this morning (which I intend to leave for at least 10 years and top up yearly).

Finally my current account pays interest on the cash I have in that but I’ll be moving most of that into 212 when I am able to.

Is any of the above taxable and if so how do I go about declaring?

I was planning to do everything in my first run so that when I start NG+ on Ultra Hard it’s a little less challenging.

I just want the achievements so I was planning to rush through the second time around but apparently there are items exclusive to NG+ that you need if you want 100% of the achievements? Does that mean I’d have to do EVERYTHING twice or are there things I can skip on the second playthrough?

Just made the call to leave Sky after 15 years. We’ve always had the Signature package, multiroom, HD, UHD and broadband and we’ve been paying £136.49 a month. We’re keeping the broadband and switching to the individual streaming services (all premium versions) and saving £64.51 a month so it was a no brainer really.

First lady I spoke to was really nice and instantly started the cancellation but then the line went dead when she started taking my details. Rang back to a slightly more aggressive lady who kept throwing offers at me but I stayed strong and she finally proceeded.

Strangely she became a bit more chilled when I said I wanted to keep broadband. We have the gigafast with max wifi and with a few special offers we’re only paying £47 which I was already happy with but she said she’d drop it down to £38.

They’ve cancelled all of the TV products and renewed us to a 24 month broadband contract but we’d just upgraded to that a month ago anyway. I’m assuming that’s just for their stats as they are still retaining me as a customer?

Can’t believe I’ve been paying so much for so long. Even with the premium versions of Disney Plus (which we already pay yearly), Netflix and HBO Max we’ll be saving £774 a year!

It was a vast open ocean in the original and in the cutscene during the crossing from Junon so why is it different in the end game? With all those hazardous rocks and low shores it looks like ship passage would be impossible.

I was amazed by how good the rest of the world looked but I found this really unusual. I’m assuming it was done for limitation reasons but surly they could have just put some weather effects in or something?
