What is the most powerful nootropic that has a neutral to positive effect on sleep
What is the most powerful nootropic, that has neutral or positive impacts on sleep?
I made a post on here this morning about my dumb cycle, you guys are right, it’s stupid as fuck, maybe it’s the 2 hours sleep a night making me do stupid shit. Don’t know what I was thinking, I feel like shit my heads throbbing, got no motivation to work out. My piss stinks of straight ammonia. however, the only benefit I can say is I look like I’ve just crammed 3 years worth of training in a week, however I know this is temporary and I will de inflate when the cycle ends. You won guys, I’m an idiot, first thing tommorow it’s hcg nolva enclo anything i can get my hands on, and im going to see a psychiatrist, this is only one of my stupid decisions I’ve made in the past month!
I’m currently on quite a rough and toxic cycle. 20mg dbol, 20mg s23 and 50mg anadrol, recently ive been averaging around 2hrs sleep a night, will I still make gains? Or is it better to hop off and I will make more gains if I trained with optimal sleep.

I made a post on here before on how insomnia was ruining my life (I have sleep maintainance insomnia) and I’ve tried litreally everything, including research chemicals not approved for human use. I did some digging and found out about low dose doxepin (1-7mg), doxepin blocks orexin, making it almost impossible to wake up in the middle of the night unless somone makes a very loud noise. Unfortunately it’s prescription only, so I had to order it from IndiaMart. I didn’t have high hopes, I thought this would be another one of those times where I take a new medication hoping for the best, and it dosent do shit. I was wrong. I slept so deeply from 9pm-8am. I felt so refreshed, I did not wake up once. Ps-i used to wake up around 2-3 times per night , and it would be impossible for me to sleep after 4am. This supplement literally worked like magic, this shit is a lifesaver. And for the cherry on top: it doesn’t build any sort of tolerance, so you don’t need to keep upping the dose like traditional sleep medications

Their products look very professional, and from my findings I can see they have a Reddit thread dating back 8 years ago, showing they have been in the market for a while. However I did some digging and found some Strange things:
-all their prices are fixed and around the same for each sarm, for example, rad140(100x10mg) is the exact same price as ostarine(100x10mg)
-most their website is AI generated
-the company that does their “3rd party testing” is just themselves, and leads to a fake placeholder lab website which is fully unfunctional(ARchem)
-just seems sus, their reviews from 8 years ago seem good, but since then, not a single review, post, or thread, can anyone confirm their still legit
