XV-26 Stealth Suits with a colour shift paint.

First Hasegawa kit and I rather liked it.

Fitment is very good all around for a sub £15 kit.

A lot of hard point options. Sidewinders, Sea Vixens, dumb bombs and drop tanks.

Lots of livery options, if slightly cluttered decal instructions.

I'm definitely going to get some more, might even try a few of their helicopters.

Amazing how much just adding colour to a model changes it in your mind's eye.

Before it was pale grey plastic, now it's the aircraft I saw on the TV, in books and games growing up.

What a job this one was... The decals were a pain and I don't know if that's just an ICM problem or if it was cause some of them are HUGE. And the varnish seems to have damaged some of them as well 😞.

Still glad I did it, cool plane, cool paint job AND supported a small local (ISH) store.

Seeing as you liked my Chieftain last time, thought I'd share my latest model. I know it's not as striking a paint job as that but it still looks good.

Chieftain Mk5 in Berlin Brigade pattern...

Why do I do dumb stuff like this?? I could have just done a flat green or a two tone pattern or even dessert yellow with some simple weathering and detail work... But nooooo I gotta pick the hardest damn thing I could find...
