Helppp! It's been 4 days I've completed my birth control pills still no sign for period 😭

Hi

New problem 😭, I have completed all the birth control prescribed to me that is 10 tablets totally, 1 in the morning 1 in night for 5 days and she said I'll be getting my period by 2 to 3 days once I have stopped them. It's been 4 to 5 days but no sign of period . Important note: I was not consistent, I've been taking one on 9am , 11am and even on 3pm and some days I haven't even taken in the morning but somehow I have finished all the 10 tablets, is it because of my inconsistency?

What I wore my graduation day

So yes, this is what I wore to my graduation.

I asked for opinions and options from multiple subs and multiple people, but ended up customising one from scratch—and guess what? It turned out SO much better than I expected 😭😭

My graduation is near… how do I style this? 😭(Styling Advice)

So I’m wearing this for my graduation and I have absolutely no idea how to style it 😭

Please help me pick the slippers/shoes, earrings, chain/necklace, hairstyle, etc. Basically, I need help putting the whole look together!

I’m 165 cm, 75 kg, slightly chubby, and have medium-length 3A curly hair.

Also need comments on this dress, I got stitched it from scratch not sure if it turned out good (Styling Advice)

This doc diagnosed both of us in under 5 minutes... should I be concerned?😭

I visited a gynecologist today because I haven't had my period for the past 3 months. She prescribed me a birth control pill (I'll attach a picture below). It cost around ₹60, while the consultation fee was ₹500.

The doctor asked my age and how long it had been since my last period. I told her I'm 23 and that it's been 3 months. She was like, "Take one tablet in the morning and one at night for 5 days. You'll get your period on the 6th or 7th day."

...That's it. End of consultation. 💀

Then I brought up my mom. She has around 4–5 lump-like things in her abdomen that you can actually feel when you touch them. They don't usually hurt, but they do ache once in a while.

The doctor touched my mom's stomach for about 5 seconds and confidently declared, "It's just fat tumors. Nothing to worry about."

My mom said, "But they hurt sometimes."

Doctor: "That's okay."

Me: "Can they be removed?"

Doctor: "Only with surgery, but no need. Just take a painkiller if it hurts."

Me: 👁️👄👁️

I walked in expecting blood tests, scans, maybe at least one dramatic medical explanation. Instead, I got a ₹60 strip of pills, my mom got diagnosed by what felt like a 5-second vibe check, and we were both sent home.

Now I'm sitting here wondering... is this actually how it works, or did I accidentally book an appointment with the CEO of "Trust Me Bro" Medicine? 😭

Jokes aside, I genuinely want to know:

- Is it normal to prescribe birth control pills for someone who hasn't had a period for 3 months without any tests?

- Can "fat tumors" (lipomas) actually cause occasional pain?

- Is it normal to identify them just by touching them, without recommending an ultrasound or scan?

- Can they grow or become something serious?

I'm probably overthinking because my brain immediately jumps to "What if it's cancer?" but I really don't know what's normal here.

Would love to hear if anyone has had a similar experience.

Help 😭 Need a long-lasting perfume under ₹1k!

Okay, I clearly suck at explaining things. 😭

Everyone keeps recommending fresh, aquatic, woody, citrus, clean perfumes... but those are exactly the ones that give me a headache. 💀

The only fragrances that actually suit me are the "edible" ones—vanilla, fruity, coffee, café, bakery, cake, caramel... basically if I smell like a dessert, I'm happy. 😂🍰☕

Can you guys recommend perfumes that:

- 💸 Are under ₹1,000 (or close to it)

- ⏳ Last a long time (at least 6–8 hours if possible)

- 🍓 Have fruity/vanilla/gourmand vibes

- 🤕 Don't smell fresh, aquatic, citrusy, or overly woody

Please save a headache-prone girl. 😭🙏

Someone tell me if I should be happy or cry about this😭(23F) have been with my boyfriend (30M) for 8 years.

I (23F) have been with my boyfriend (30M) for 8 years. His younger brother (24M) is also involved in this story.

I think my overthinking has officially become a full-time job, so please tell me if I'm being ridiculous.

Last week, the three of us went grocery shopping. I casually added an umbrella to the cart for myself (because why not 😭), and my boyfriend paid for everything, including my umbrella. Afterwards, we had pani puri, and he paid for that too.

This week, we planned to go out to a restaurant. Before we left, my boyfriend suddenly transferred ₹1,000 to me on UPI and said,

"You pay tonight."

I asked him, "Do you think I don't have money?"

He said, "No, not like that. Just in case you don't."

My overthinking brain immediately activated.

So I asked, "Did your brother say anything like, 'Why are you always paying while she never pays?'"

He said, "No, he didn't say anything... but maybe he might think that."

And that's the part that's bothering me.

I'm not upset about paying. If he'd simply asked me to pay, I would've happily paid with my own money. What hurt was the thought that maybe his brother sees me as someone who never contributes... and now I'm wondering if my boyfriend secretly feels the same but has never said it.

At the same time, we've been together for 8 years, and he's never made me feel guilty about money. He's never asked me to split bills or hinted that I'm taking advantage of him. In fact, instead of asking me to pay myself, he literally transferred me ₹1,000 first.

So now my brain is arguing with itself:

Brain #1: "He thinks you're a gold digger."

Brain #2: "Girl... he literally sent you the money."

😭

Am I overthinking this? Or would this conversation make you feel a little weird too? What would you take from this situation?

Edited:

Please read this once

OMG, guys, please. 😭🙏🏻 Please don't make me even more depressed than I already am. Also, just to clear something up—he didn't pursue me. I was the one who proposed to him. He avoided me, blocked me, and did everything he could to stay away. 😭 I was the desperate one who emotionally blackmailed him by saying I couldn't live without him and that I'd die if he left me. (Yes, I know... younger me was a menace. 💀) Somehow... he still accepted me. Since then, he has never treated me badly. He's been incredibly loyal, babies me every single day, dropped me off and picked me up throughout college, and even does it now. He has stood by me through my financial struggles, mental breakdowns, and emotional ups and downs without ever leaving my side. His younger brother and younger sister are both already married, yet he's still waiting for me to finish my post-graduation before we get married. So yeah, if I were reading this as an outsider, I'd probably say the same things some of you are saying. But being on the other side of the situation feels very different. Anyway, I'm still open to your opinions (please just go easy on me... my overthinking is already working overtime 😭).

Helppppp me in choosing my graduation dress 🥹✨

Hi everyone!

I'm graduating soon and I'm really confused about what to wear. The first photo (butter yellow dress) is actually me, so you can get an idea of my body type and skin tone.

I'm tall, medium-deep dusky, and slightly chubby, and I don't really want to wear a saree. I'm looking for something that will look elegant, photograph well, and suit my complexion and body shape.

Which dress do you think looks the best on me for graduation? If none of these are ideal, I'd also love suggestions for styles, colors, or even specific dresses from brands like Westside, Lifestyle, Zudio, or Myntra.
