I watched my favorite cartoon when I was a child

I was feeling down so I watched my favorite cartoon when I was a child, kurutek.

It was nice to rewatch something I liked as a kid.

It feels calm and I can slow down like when I was in elementary school.

How do you stabilize your ups and downs?

I have a mental condition which makes my brain sensitive to stress and I have symptoms of schizophrenia and depression when stressed(even mildly stressed).

I keep having ups and downs and I'm tired.

When I'm down, I stay in bed all day and be suicidal and hallucinate or be delusional. I can do nothing.

When I'm fine I can study and go to part time job. I can be very productive.

How do you deal with it?

I take anti-psychotics but they aren't helping so much. I'm going to ask my psychiatrist for stronger meds but I want to do something about it other than meds too.

Do you have any advice?

I want this to end

I feel down. I want this to end.

I felt like being watched by an organization for a year but now I don't know anymore.

I feel somebody is behind me sometimes.

I have to find a job for after graduating.

I hanged myself a year ago because I was too stressed from accinments. I want to end it.

I don't know what to do.

I think my anti-psychotics aren't working enough.

Should I get stronger meds and keep pushing?

I'm tired. I was never allowed to drop out of school or take a break.

I'm tired

I said I'm going to take my life because the organization is commanding me everyday and make me see myself jump off a building every morning, but doctors didn't help me at all.

I went to school the night after I hanged myself. I covered my bruises on my neck with make up and went to school and told the school counselor that I hanged myself. They said they didn't see the bruise on my neck.

I'm tired.

I want to give up. I just want to rest.

Are there any small business owners who are disabled?

I'm disabled and want to start a small business online.

If you're disabled or chronically ill and start a business, how is it?

Is it better than 9-5 jobs?

Starting again?

I took a 2-hour test 3 days ago and since then I feel tired and confused.

I can only think about the organization after me that's mission is to kill me and used to tell me to take my life since last year.

They told me not to eat today.

I couldn't go to part time job because my body is heavy.

I heard somebody in my house now but nobody's here.

I feel like somebody is behind my head watching me.

Working as a nurse

I'm going to graduate from nursing school in a year but I'm worried if I can work as a nurse.

I'm sensitive to stress.

Doctor said when I'm stressed I get symptoms of depression and schizophrenia.

Also I have sensory sensitivity and I easily feel anxious.

I tried so hard to get through nursing school and I love nursing but I nearly died from an attempt because it was too stressful.

5 days a week seems too much for me but I want to be independent.

What should I do?

Doctor said my brain is sensitive to stress and lose bounderies so I feel like that.

I'm not sure what's real and what's not but my counselor said I should distract myself when my thoughts are too loud.

They told me to watch TV.

Do you have anything else you do to distract yourself?

I'm scared

I'm being watched and they're laughing in a creepy way recently.

It's been a year since they started spying on me.

I used to bang my head to destroy the part that can recognize them but it didn't work.

I don't know what to do.

I'm taking meds like my doctor tells me to. My mood is stable since then but that's it.

I don't want this anymore.

I'm tired.

Wicca, buddhism and shinto

I'm practicing witchcraft and want to learn and adopt Wicca into my daily life.

I grew up in a Buddhist and Shinto household and I feel like there are similarities to Wicca and witchcraft practices.

Is there anyone else who holds multiple beliefs like me?

And how do you interwine those practices/beliefs in your daily life?
