Korean black bean noodles: 558kcal, 58P

Cursed invention, you can use any noodles but I got these from costco. Recipe is made low calorie by replacing pork belly in traditional Jjajangmyeon with lean pork. You can make it even bigger by adding more veg, but it was already too big for me. Picture: one portion in the bowl, four in the pan. 5 portions total. All ingredients weighed. Make with lower calorie regular noodles if you don't want heaps of protein, it will still be low cal.

How can I fix my belly?

Hi everyone, 163cm 54kg here. I don't have much more room to lose weight before I become underweight, but I have seemingly all my fat stored in my belly! I have a little muscle but I'm scared to bulk more when my belly already has so much fat. What on earth do I do, cut and be underweight for a bit? Bulk and be stuck with the belly? Lipo??

I lift 4x a week as heavy as possible to failure

Please help!

Finally my turn. 85kg -> 55kg

Lost this weight naturally a few times as you can see. Couldn't get it to stick until I started GLP1 in September 2024. Paired it with weight lifting and a good diet to preserve muscle. Also finally pre diabetes free !

Early careers in QLD, Australia?

Hi guys, I'm looking for advice on how to progress my career here in aus. I'm struggling to get interviews, but so far for the couple I've had, I've been successful in all of them. As a result, I'm currently working casually at a gas drilling services provider based out of brisbane.

It's been fun so far, but I'm worried that this is a small industry compared to mining. I've also been offered pretty low salaries compared to what I'm seeing others get (80k site based wellsite geologist in gas, 70k site based for civil geotech, very few allowances on top at either, expected to be on site for 1-2 weeks at a time and then a couple days off)

About me:

• Taught master's degree from reputable uni

• No visa needed

• 1 year in current role (gas wellsite geo)

• 6 months as a field tech in copper gold while I was studying my degree

•QLD driver's licence

• Looking for Junior/Grad roles

What's the move here? Stay in gas? Pivot to hard rock? Why is it so tough to get an interview but easy to get an offer (had my CV professionally reviewed twice)?

I'm keen to stay in QLD and I understand it probably pays less than WA but sub 80k for a 2:1-ish chaotic roster is killing me!
