Never thought I’d get married but 2026 seems to be my year
I met this boy on hinge around 3 years ago we had no intention of dating or falling in love and definitely not getting married but eventually we got invested but he was still a little reluctant because I wanted to get married but he couldn’t speak to his mum about us. For context we both follow Islam he’s a Sunni I’m a Shia, and we do not get along so he was sure his mom would say no and didn’t even try. Then in 2024 I had to end things because I wanted to get married and start a family, I always have. I had to ask him to leave me etc all that drama and then in 2025 I lost my dad in Feb and he re-entered my life..and in September last year we officially started dating. He spoke to his mom, took about 8 months to sort his family and no we are ready to start our lives together this December! I’ve so much to do and I’ve so much anxiety and I’m so jittery. My dream to marry my perfect boy has come true. Wish my dad could witness this 💜🧿
