Over the last couple days I have seen new things. A new mini game in the cafe and i think a couple of new cut scenes. I definitely seen a new one just a couple minutes ago.

I’m a super beginner and I’m using a combination of the website and their YouTube channel. And I want to know the difference between the super beginner and beginner. Because sometimes I feel like I’m accidentally watching the wrong level on their YouTube channel I don’t use the website 100% because I don’t want to pay. I primarily use the website to track hours. I also( I got judged by my older brother last, got to love brothers) Handy Mandy i think that show is super beginner because they say the word in both English and Spanish. I started doing it to make up for the last of super beginner videos.

I’m adpoted and I’m learning Spanish because i want to find my birth family and I’m afraid I won’t learn enough Spanish to communicate or understand my mom. Has dreaming Spanish taught you enough to be able to understand and communicate a little? I’m a super beginner will I learn more as i move up?

So I’m 14 hours in and the videos are great! In addition to dreaming Spanish I’m watching kids show in Spanish that teach English when switching to Spanish( I’m watching Handy Mandy right now) ( don’t judge me🤣) i watch it in English first to get the story and then hours later i watch it in Spanish. It seems to be working. I’m learning so much!
I’m wondering in addition to dreaming Spanish what are you watching to get hours?

First all, I didn’t know what flair to add. But I’m currently learning Spanish( I just finished a Spanish class and am doing an immersion program) and I was wondering I wanted to make double sure that I was learning the right language I’m from Central America where there are Mayan people and I saw someone online who found her bio mom and her mom spoke Mayan and I sort of freaked out. But I did some research and luckily(and sadly) the group of people that I belong to speak Spanish and in my search i found out that I’m part of the Xinca people that pre date the Maya. I was wondering if anyone else had this experience. Obviously I’m very excited because me( and my parents they don’t know yet) thought I was part Mayan.
I’m super curious! I want to do a search for my family and I want to tell my parents soon. They will be as shocked as I was.

So I’m adopted as a baby from Central America and I’m taking Spanish and loving it! During week 3( last week) I started to think in and thinking that i heard Spanish and most interesting of all is that I want to speak Spanish unconsciously. I look it up and found out that I have a blueprint for Spanish already. And that’s why i think and want to speak Spanish even though I barely know any conversational Spanish.
I was wondering if any other adpotees have this happen and what did you do( if you want to) to feed your brain of your mother tongue? I’m super excited about this.

So i watch a disabled YouTuber Molly Burke and she has changed my point of view on things. Especially language surrounding disabilities. And one of the words that makes me cringe every time i hear it is special needs. I just hate it. I hear it all the time on TikTok and it’s driving me crazy. I always want to comment please use the word disabled. But I don’t. My belief is we aren’t “special” we don’t have special needs. Yes we have specialized care( some times) but that doesn’t make us special. And Molly’s take on this is that people are afraid of the word disabled( mainly non-disabled people)
I would like to hear disabled people take on this

A month a go someone that I know that I was sharing my activity with wanted to do a competition and so I sent them a request and I thought it worked and it didn’t work. We tried everything didn’t work. So we decided to readd each other and now we can’t see each other’s activity at all. Like I get their invite but when I click accept nothing happens. I have tried everything but nothing worked.

Hello so i watched this drama twice and a particular one with the actor who played the emperor in story of Yanxi palace. Expect i can’t find that version anywhere. And i really like that version. I am watching another version but it’s not the same.I have watched it on YouTube about YouTube but now it’s not on there( it’s on there but it’s Russian dubbed and no English subtitles. It’s not on Viki, Qiyi either.
Can someone tell me why and where i can find it please?
Who else gets really nervous when a mii wants to marry someone and you have to play that thought game. I gotten pretty good at that game but I still get incredibly nervous about. I have about 4 couples I got my 4th this morning
Hi, please tell me if there’s a better community for this question. But i just got into undergrad at the first and only school i applied to this school because its known for great disability inclusion and all that so im super excited! Im going to be online. I have a physical disability CP( my main diagnosis) and ADHD. And im filling out the disability application right now. And at my college that I’m currently at I’m almost exclusively online( i have one in person class this semester and the other one is online) and my accommodations are useless because they are mainly for in person classes. So the only one I mainly use is extra time on exams. I was wondering if there are any useful accommodations that i could ask for that is more than test taking.

So I was adopted from Central America when I was a baby. My parents took me there in October and I loved it there. They really know how to celebrate!! And that made me want to search for my birth family. The one problem that I don’t know how to bring it up. I’m not afraid of them feeling rejected or anything, because in my mind if they were they wouldn’t have been willing to bring me back and show me my beautiful country! Because we know very little about my bio family i know her name( i don’t know it now because i haven’t looked at my birth certificate in a long while)
Can any other international adpotee give me some advice.
