Modelling solar , albedo, earth irradiation for minisatellite

Hi everyone. I have calculated the trajectory of my satellite from GMAT software. Unfortunately, my satellite has a complex geometry. I cannot calculate the view factor by using formular. Ansys speos is a very useful tool to calculate irradiation. However, I don't know how to model solar, albedo, earth irradiation verus time in this software. Before transfer to ansys mechanical to simulate the temperature.

Please suggest me if you know!

Collimate DPL projector light by tube lens

Hi everyone, tube lens is know as a component to correct infinity of objective into a sharp image. Current I am working in a maskless lithography. I want to convert light from the projector in to the infinity microscope using throught lens tube is reverse mode. Is this possible?

Turn DLP projector light into parallel light source

I know lightsource from DLP projector is not a point so it is difficult to create colliminated light source. But is there is any idea, please suggest me!

Two images show the same component, in which I removed the plastic cover in the second image. My sawing machine is working normally, and then it burns. I open the cover and see that this component is burned inside. Does anyone know this component? Please let me know.

What should be the meshing for the thin plates in CFD

https://preview.redd.it/775d2ob0qx7h1.png?width=799&format=png&auto=webp&s=0d5d0f3c84651e0281cdb89f24cffba12c3f864c

Normally, in structured analysis, people will use coupling elements to connect between 2D and 3D elements of a part for complete structures. But I realize that we cannot do that in CFD, they don't have the coupling. So there are two strategies are: meshing by 3D elements only or by using the interface between meshes. What will you handle for this case, senior CFD users? Please give me the advantages and disadvantages of each method.
