Recently came across the EU BIAS project which has some very interesting stuff about use of AI in recruitment and bias among recruiters and AI. If you Google EU bias project you will find the website where you can download the free reports straight from the EU researcher. You don't need to pay, register or be in the EU to view. I'm not associated with the project I just found it highly interesting.
I have made yet another pointless recruitment app after doing the entirety of research of asking chatGPT what do recruiters do all day for all of one minute.
I've shoved AI in it for no perceivable reason that does absolutely nothing of any use to anyone and slurps gallons of water that could have gone to drinking bathing or public swimming pools. Please buy my shitty saas so I can buy a lambo and say I got it for disrupting the recruitment industry.
Login is only by magic link because I can't be arsed to deal with storing passwords in salted hashes so the few people who do try it rage quit and try to throw their device against the wall when it keeps refreshing to a new request a code screen every time you try to check your emails because we all know the one thing recruiters need in their life is more friction because it's just matching two lists all day and spending 95% of your time on Facebook.
