I have seen people using ai even for small things. People using Ai, where ai is not required. Few real examples I have seen which seems like an Ai addictive people-

I provided a wordpress website work with theme documentation to my developer. He strucked in a mega menu issue. I keep insructed go read the theme documentation as it is premium theme, instead of reading the documents, he keep chating on ChatGpt for 3 to 4 days. And ChatGpt was suggesting him do this, try this.. He could not solve a small issue in menu. Finally i have jump in it , when i saw in document is was just 2 mint read for that issue. It was clearly mention in the official documents about that issue. While GPT could not provide actual resolution in 3 days many prompts.

Another story- We started on a new project. First deliverable was project setup and authentication. We provided code access to client on github. What client did connected Git repo with claude and provided and 15 page document report having all unnecessary item. Also this report contain feedback about those features which was not covered in that deliverable. Also I don't know how secure it is to connect git repo with claude. Than after few discussion it resolved.

One client provided around 60 pages project documentation for simple portfolio website. A separate 10 page document for branding, 20 pages for scope, 25 pages for ui guidlines. I was surprised , but still i did analysis. So what i found, few features and ui requirement was not correct. Means some features was in document but not in ui. Also few features was additional in ui which was not in scope. It was made with claude. So I send a 3 line simple message to client about clarification. What he did again sent me a claude response message. When I read that actul answer was missing. I asked client , than he respond oh I was busy, i will get back. Still I am waiting for his response.

So what you think, have you faced such thing.

Recently i have submitted 3 proposal.

1st informative site dynamic around 10 pages INR 25,000

2nd informative site dynamic around 15 pages INR 30,000

3rd informative site around 30+ pages some complex features INR 80,000

All sites on MERN stack. And first we create figma ui, than development. Fully custom made.

But all three clients gone. Any lead not closed. I found one of them hired some cheap rate developer one is developing in wordpress uploaded the row theme on main domain, even not putted on test URL. No figma, no ui mockup, direct theme - and production.

So mostly clients want cheap rate, most of them dont understand, quality and technology.

Somewhere developers should make bare minimum rates, ultimately it is developers loss.

I got 625 clicks, 44k impression. More than 30+ keywords are on top. 15 organic leads, 1 order. I am getting one lead approx on every 2 days

Hi I am looking for a content marketing expert who can help in IT service business content marketing. Who can work few hours in a week on part time basis. Should have some existing publishing channels.

Recently we worked on a EV charging system based project having on OCPP1.6 protocol. It was a complex system we the backend have to communicate with the charger, backend and mobile app. Another side we integrate Goverment Charge Point Distribution platform.

Backend is on java springboot and mobile apps native.

What we learned -

• Working on IOT projects is not easy , working on such EV charging project we have to understand complete technology protocol, how ev and charger working.
• 100% accuracy is important, when customer is struck in night 2 Am and could not initiate charging. It become too bad. Think customer car is out of charge and there is no charger within 30 km.
• Remote work is not productive in such projects. Team need to be onsite. A huge communication gap.
• RTSP web-socket based communication is too good, instant
• When it breaks , developer is always pushed.

Overall project is success , client got funding, have around 10,000+ customers on it. Daily hundreds of customers are charging.

What is impact of AI in SEO, 2026. I have seen many people taking on insta and youtube that SEO is dead now, as Ai replaced that. Also new term AIO, many people making reels around that.

Even i have seen many people creating content about SEO who dont know it.

I have seen many people taking add this LLM file to your site, but do this really work.

Showing business on Ai overview, Chat GPT citing, Gemini AI overview is good, but search traffic would be replaced by AI.

How we should optimise our site to keep it on top rank and optimised for AI.

I am going to add 100 plus location pages queries specific. Do it impact in bad way on seo. For 3 to 4 cities.

We found something different one our website that is MERN based and hosted on VPS. We did some changes but after some time our live url and last deployment have difference. When we compare the code with github code , there is many changes. We checked the server logs and found something strange.

Note:- CI/CD pipeline is not configured yet on the project.

Try to get some help from AI but it is repeating the same things.

We are planning for an ecommerce project. Our team is suggesting for express js, while client is asking react + node js. I have seen some issue in server side rendering in react based projects, while i think in express js it can be done easily. Can anyone suggest which tech stack is better and why?

What I observed once we put social media posts including linked, Facebook, Google Business Listing and forum post. Google search console impressions and clicks increased within few hours. And if these posts are regularly scheduled it work more efficiently. Not backlinks simple social media activities. Even having a story on WhatsApp also make impact.

One my client's meta account suspended. They were spending good amount around 1000$ monthly. But someone created another account with their same name. Why meta suspended original account instead of kyc verification. It is still strucked. It has been around 2 month.

I have seen in our recent hiring developer use the ai code that they don't understand. They generate the code which is not optimised than put in the project, but when it split they can't do debug. I think Ai usage in software development need be done very carefully.

Similar way I have seen many clients who have created something with Ai but now it has a lot of issues. Also when we suggest them it is junk, fixing it will take equal time that is required in a new development, they think we are fooling them.

Recently one my client plug shopy with Claude, it was doing the optimization automatically, they were very happy. But after one month website broke, become too slow, got issue in search, Google page insight stop picking it. When we did audit a lot unecessay over optimization was in the code.
