how bad will traffic get tomorrow? (Spain vs austria game at 12PM)

i’m going to a convention in DTLA tomorrow and im trying to leave as early as possible so i don’t have to deal with the stupid traffic for the game, if I leave at like 9-10 AM how bad might the traffic be around that time?

would it be safe (or low risk) to use contact cement outside with an n95 mask?

it seems like contact cement is the only good option for dealing with eva foam, but respirators would stretch my budget too far, or are there any alternatives?

Getting a reperm after 2 months - is it safe? (Fine Asian Hair)

I was thinking of getting a curly reperm next week but I only usually get perms every 4 months, this time would be 2 months since my last. I think it's because my hair was quite long when I got it permed last time so it looks a lot more faded closer to the roots when it was out the salon

Now my perm at 2 months old looks like previous perms at 4 months old, back when my hair was shorter. I basically learned my lesson there of not asking for tighter curl rods when they offered it for me.

But I have asian type hair so it's very fine and straight and i was wondering if 2 months earlier than usual would still be safe to do

how could I go by making ivy's shackles?

i'm trying to make a cosplay for ivy from deadlock and idrk what would be the best way to recreate the shackles on her ankles and wrists.

i was thinking of making them out of eva foam or actually just getting the model and 3d printing + painting but that option might cost way too much.

do u guys have any suggestions?
