I am New to us market . 1 month old store still trying to get ads work .
Delivered 60 orders so far.
For 1 customer usps tried to deliver but couldn’t as they could not access and they will try and deliver next day.
I have informed customer about this to please check with usps .
And customer immediately sent I am at home all day and I want refund
As per usps they will and deliver next day.

I don’t want charge back as I am very new . Also what are my options here

Hi if I have 2 domains targeting different countries on same pixel
do I need to separate events for each campaign
I spoke with meta support they said I need to separate events at adsets but I can’t update events once the adset created
And can I create ga tag seperate for both
Also I have CAPI setup installed with stape on one domain

Hi recent expanded to USA market ( different website to my main market)
After researching I used same Ad account and same pixel to connect to USA website catalogue as well and created one cbo for USA . Since then performance is not that good overall account.

I am not sure is it just August issue with all the issues going on
Should I separate pixel for US into its own
Please advise
Should I use same pixel or different pixel with different ad account under same business manager
Main market is Australia
All products are same and added one winning product cbo campaign ( targeted USA should I add exclusion to Australia in this)
I have 4 conversions so far in US market for a small campaign then it’s dead as well last 2 days

I currently have one main Facebook Page for my business, where I regularly post organic content and which is also connected to my advertising.
When I was planning to expand into the US market, I created a separate Facebook Page specifically for the USA. However, after doing further research, I understand that it may be better to keep one main Facebook Page and pixel, while separating campaigns by country.
I’m now unsure what I should do with the additional US Facebook Page. I’m not actively posting or running ads from this page, and it also seems to get flagged or restricted by Meta’s automated systems from time to time.
Would you recommend keeping the US Page, deleting/unpublishing it, or simply continuing with my main business Page for all markets?
I’d appreciate your advice on the best approach going forward.

I am working with a freelancer for Google ads.
I am new to ecom.
I have been working with him last 6 months
We started from 50$ budget built upto 100$ per day
Even though max budget is 200 it doesn’t spend

Currently he runs all pmax shopping campaigns.

When asked about how to scale he mentions about for ecom search campaigns don’t do well.
I created one pmax with assets it has highest Ctr but no sales
As I wanted to understand how Google works

I manage meta ads myself
I did not spend to learn Google ads due to time constraints

I honestly don’t know what to do anymore.
I bought an xTool F2 Ultra for around A$8,000 to start my small engraving business. The machine is only about 2 months old.
First month: mostly spent learning the machine.
Second month: I was overseas, so it barely got used.
I came back, used it on my first day back… and it died.
The red positioning laser has completely stopped working, making it extremely difficult to use accurately.
I’ve called xTool support around 30 times. Every time I’m told the support teams work in different time zones, my case has been escalated, and “someone is looking into it.” It’s been the same response for days with no real resolution.
For a machine that costs this much, I never expected it to fail after such little use. I bought it to run a small business, and instead it’s sitting unusable while I’m losing time and orders.
Has anyone else had an F2 Ultra fail this early?
How long did it take xTool to actually resolve your case? Did they repair it, replace it, or refund it?
At this point I’m genuinely questioning the reliability of a machine that can fail after essentially a month of light use. I’m also wondering whether I have any chance of getting my money back if this drags on.
I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s been through something similar.

I am trying to get extended warranty for my machine considering all the complaints
It will be 30 days by tomorrow
Different people gave me different opinions
Also I applied for credit as the machine price reduced

Is it 30 days or 90 days that I could buy extdended warranty

Rest 10% may be sometime gets delayed due to supplier delay and some customization

Does shopify checks fulfilment timelines
