Anyone else have a Great Dane that whenever you yell at them they yelp like you’re beating them? Also when he does something wrong the next thing I say to him he yelps and starts crying. Example : last night he got into the trash, came back into the bedroom, plopped on top of me, I tapped his butt and he jumped up then yelped. Then I told him to get back up on the bed and quit playing, he went and stood by the door, I then got up to let him out and he started yelping and crying. 30 minutes later I walked into the kitchen to grab my lunch for work, what do you know… trash is everywhere 😂

It’s kind of funny but anyone who doesn’t know him probably thinks I’m beating him… smh. Live in an apartment with paper thin walls btw.

Since it was removed from the COD hub is it gone now? I’ve played 2 games so far and people are talking crazy again 😂 no more silent lobbies?

It’s been 90-100+ degrees outside every day. I did some research and apparently Great Danes don’t do well in heat above 80. What I’ve read is they should be outside for longer than 30 minutes if it’s 80+. If it is 90+ outside they recommend just having them out long enough to do their business. I do try and take my dog super late at night on weekends to run around and play. I feel kind of bad he has to be locked up all the time. What can I do to keep him happy inside with this weather? He has plenty of toys and gets lots of loves but sometimes I can tell he wants to go out and play but it’s way to hot. He is almost 3.

I’ve worked at the same company for 3 years, have worked in every area of our department, and on all my reviews I’ve received “exceeding expectations”. Got promoted to a team lead in the most laid back area roughly 1.5 yr ago. With proper team management and improved processes I was able to increase the daily output of my team by 500% in 2 months. I could have done so much more there but they moved me to another lead spot (which is increasingly more difficult). I’ve been in this position for a year now. I’ve talked with my manager and director multiple times about the steps and things I need to work on for a promotion. They basically both told me “you’ve got it and you’re ready”. Then proceeded to throw a bunch of massive projects on me (which were completed) and gave me a lot of praise. In the past 2 months there have been 4 opportunities in my department for promotion. I applied for all of them, but they went external for 3 of them and gave the last to someone internally who doesn’t even have a background in our department. I know how hard the job market is right now but I feel so burnt out giving my all and receiving nothing in return. Personally I feel like they don’t want to promote me because my pay is lower but my responsibilities exceed supervisor level, or HR may have something against me due to past false allegations that I had to prove my innocence in.

You could make the claim that my responsibilities don’t exceed supervisor level, but I’ve also filled in for all supervisors in my department for weeks at a time and my responsibility levels were much lower than they are now.

What should I do?

I have a few questions

1. Where can I get the cheapest reliable setup for 1440p dual monitor?
2. I run all my games 170fps, does this matter?
3. How much does good firmware cost a month?
4. Do I need a 3rd monitor?

Almost half of my orders now come with a warranty card that has a QR code that then leads me to a website to fill out information for a warranty. I’m starting to believe these are tactics used by scammers to collect your personal data for free. It looks legit but the value of the product that it comes in, I find it very hard to believe there is any real warranty attached.

Are these scams masked as a good deed?
