Infinitely scaling difficulty is a designer's easy way out.

Bring back ACTUAL aspirational content. Remember when Ubers were brought into the game, and they were marketed as such? They had this Tiered system where beating boss A lead to boss B and so on.

now? Just TP in and intsakill them to rain uniques.

And this lazy design has side effects. Now, because the "raining uniques" was realized to be 'bad', they changed them to be random affixed, so now the rain feels bad, AND the uniques feel bad.

I would prefer a more definitive, less arbitrary / artificial difficulty system, with well-designed uniques that are RARE and make you happy to see them drop.

Coming back to ETT after playing for a year in real life (3 years play total)

I would say I am probably 1400-1600 USATT skill level and consistent 2400-2600 in ETT. I started playing 3 years ago and was 1800~ ETT 800 USATT.

TLDR: Devs, if you want this to be a simulator, this is just straight-up not an issue people deal with in real life. No one with an 800-1200 USATT rating can serve like this, yet it is still possible in ETT around 1900-2100 ETT ELO at the same skill level.

800~ Level players dont serve like this in person because -it does not work-. period

Devs, you really, really need to do something about people who are able to climb to 2500 with literally only a single spinny deceptive serve. This should not be possible if you want this to be a simulator.

I played against someone 2100 who's serve was literally un returnable. This really does not happen often to me, and it is rare. But, of course, their big giant arm swing made it super deceptive because I cannot see their real body movement. They would serve to my backhand with side spin, to make it akward for my backhand (spin to my right so I either have to dive foot work left and return with a forehand, or an akward twist on my wrist backhand). The top/dead/under spin was not readable.

This player had no backhand at all; they opened their palm and twisted their arm around to hit backhands.

Anyway, every time I come back to this game, I have learned a lot from real-life play and get better. And it's true I have ranked up in this game, but it's just so awful to play against people who seemingly find a way to abuse the spin in this game. It seems like I have to be 1700 USATT to beat a 900 USATT due to bad physics.

Dead paddle settings is always the same troll personality

Paddle Rubber - Color side

Bounce 0.40

Friction 0.80

Throw 0.85LBD Off

Paddle Rubber - Black side

Bounce 0.40

Friction 0.80

Throw 0.85LBD Off

Proceeds to call you trash. Are these all the same player? Always played by trolls who are actually trash

Im new to this game, why am I always playing against people who are literal aim gods?

Seriously. Obviously this game is very very mechanics and aim heavy. I am new, but I am paired up against people who have the aim skill and reaction time of literal gods. Like, 0.01 reaction time to turn and click my head.

I want to play unranked and deathmatch against people who are bad. How do I do this?

Using foam but my hair gets in the way? What should I do

I am doing PRP treatments (these fucking hurt) and they suggested I also do Minoxidil. So I bought the foam but my hair isn’t “bald” it’s just thin enough to see my scalp in my bald spot area.

Anyway when I use foam I find it difficult to feel confident that I got it mostly on my scalp. I can definitely feel the “burn” and the heat of the foam but the hair is in my way a lot.

Should I just switch to oral?

Do you relate to this?

Anyway I feel like I am inching toward the right side of this meme lately after 4 years or so of playing at clubs.

What do you think?

The problem with death affects is that I am being chased by something I can’t fight

That’s it. I can’t fight red lunatics. I can’t fight falling swords. My gear doesn’t matter, all that matters is that I run away from all those red shit. Pretty lame tbh

The after death effects from monsters need to fully finish before the monster is 'dead' is dumb.

Basically title.

When the swords fall from the sky.

When the red lunatic is running after you.

While you're trying to complete some event.

The event wont' 'progress' until the stupid effect is done. You have to stop, wait for the sword to start to fall, then dodge, THEN the shit moves forward (events, cursed shrines, infernal hordes, whatever).

Who thought this was a good idea?
