Blizzard is CLEAR On "Dungeon Spamming" - They Want You "Out In The World"

Glad they've finally cleared it up!

Although if the focus is supposed to be on questing, I would love to see better quest rewards because the good stuff seems to be in the dungeons. The caster gear in dungeons is insane! And because it's so good, they nerfed caster spells base damage to compensate 💔. So you kind of need the new items to not become weaker as you level. So I feel like I'm getting mixed signals... am I not supposed to want to get the new items? Do they intend for casters to be weaker and slower to level than phys dps?

Also, is dungeon spamming really that optimal compared to questing? I've heard both.

Additionally... can we maybe get some XP for BGs so we can level up that way? I like to do a bit of everything.

High Elf & Lordaeron (Old Undercity) Leaks in Camelot - WC2 Coloration

There are also leaks referencing Lordaeron. Hints to potential alternate C+ timeline that the community is rumbling about recently.

Edit: Doing my best to bring good info to people who actually care. It's unfortunate that this community prefers to downvote stuff they don't like even if it is what is actually being datamined. I hope you guys are able to come to terms with the game maybe not being what you want and find a way to enjoy WoW again.

Classic+ Doesn't Mean Classic + Retail

I don't claim to have all the answers. And if Blizzard cared about our feedback they wouldn't be keeping C+ development an open secret. That being said...

A lot of times I feel like many C+ community suggestions involve some flavor of "well if we add a few retail systems, that will improve the game." Whether it's warmode, retail-like class balance decisions, cross faction grouping, layering, etc. I feel the best C+ suggestions I've heard have nothing to do with making the game more like retail but, instead, making improvements on the systems and philosophies of Classic.

Just a thought. Original ideas do exist. We don't need to fight to integrate things from the live version of the game. Let retail exist in another lane and we should be more willing to write our own. That also includes potentially pushing back on any potential announced changes that do move too close to Retail (which I say as someone who seasonally plays Retail.)
