I know most times there's blood on the side of the stool like a streak but is it possible to have blood on the end of the stool? Specifically the end that is last coming out of the anus not the front part
Lately I want to watch something different from the usual romance and slice of life.
I really like only yesterday but it is pretty old.
Im hoping for some recs where a single woman or preferably a group of women friends, single or not are going on some kind of journey or going through life circumstances. I guess this is technically still slice of life.
And maybe something with older women almost golden girls style. Its hard to describe and I'm sure this genre is not very popular.

I'm nearly 3 months into dealing with a fissure but noticed some kind of hard lump thing on my anus towards the bottom in the direction of the perianal or private area
That's not where I had a fissure I believe and it's not where I feel the stinging
My first tear was more in the center at the sides and I do feel a small lump thing which may be a skin tag since it's basically where the first tear was
The retear that is bothering me more is closer to the top of the anus on the left side. So closer to the tailbone and the lump is on the opposite side
How do I know what the hard lump is towards the private area on the anus? Is it a hemorrhoid?
I don't have insurance, unemployed and can't afford to see a crs right now and also just scared to get this examined anyways
My stool is soft like mush because of miralax everyday and I do my best to not strain sometimes I breathe in deeply in and out to keep calm. I may try a little to sort of initiate the poop to come out but don't strain otherwise or sit on the toilet for a long time.

I tried light squats and that made me worse. I'm trying a modified child or baby pose with legs spread apart and it's hard to tell how much it helps. I sort of feel like I may have retore doing that recently
My main problem seems to be muscle spasms and I may eventually consider Botox if nothing else works, however I want to try other things
Some people mentioned dialation with some kind of almost vibrator device. Would that work if I don't insert it in the anus? I don't want to insert anything in there so if I do it just outside the anus could that still help somehow?

I'm already doing the usual ointment, miralax daily, eating healthy, only drinking water, not straining etc. Been dealing with this fissure for 2 months. First tear was in the center of the anus at the sides new tear is taking longer to heal when it tore in a new spot just 3 weeks after the first tear.
I was suppose to do a sigmoidoscopy procedure because I have thickening in my rectum according to a CT but I put that on hold since I don't want to worsen the fissure

Someone made a post that their junior often makes mistakes with reconciling and the main bookkeeper person in the past would spend an hour fixing the mistakes. Now with claude he spends barely 15 reviewing and making corrections then providing junior with feedback.
I prayed for them to get better or at least last a few years despite drs saying they'll only live for some months maybe a year with treatment. It was an aggressive cancer. I feel so sad and hurt. My heart aches and is empty. I cried so much I feel like now no tears is coming out. I couldn't eat properly for two days and ended up with such bad acid reflux my throat was red and sore like I had strep throat. I woke up feeling weak and trembling. I haven't prayed in a few days since I got the news that they were getting worse.
I know all the prophets peace be upon them all dealt with worse or similar problems. I don't have the kind of faith they have I am a regular person. I've made many mistakes but have repented and still do. Did this happen because I'm a bad person? One time my dad got very angry with me over a woman and he said something like I won't live a good life... Did that make this happen. Did I not pray enough.
This year for the first time I sent my grandparents money when they went to visit an Islamic old people home and I gave the money to feed one day for the old people. Trying to do good deeds. My dad said God does not forget what good deeds people do. He keeps saying I will maybe get something better. Part of me wants to just get bitten by snake and pass so I can hopefully be in jannah and be reunited with all I love and finally have peace. This life is so sad and difficult idk how I will manage as I age. These things are suppose to make people stronger but I feel like it's making me weaker.
After Khadijah ra passed away and our prophet pbuh was feeling so much sorry God gave us the five daily prayers. How much will that help when they are gone already. He did still think of her and miss her. In the end when he was older and unwell didn't God ask if he wanted to go back or enter jannah basically. He chose to be God
When or if you have blood in your stool. What's it usually like for you?
Is it coming out like water? Is it mixed with the poop? Only at the ends? Separate? Mixed?

Today was the first day I saw some blood when I used the toilet
I didn't use the toilet at all two days ago. Yesterday some came out but not all felt stinging spasms all day. Today some came out and I saw blood at the end.
I didn't feel the hole stretch though or sting.
Also the stool is soft. I have been using miralax everyday and sticking to non trigger foods
I'm assuming the blood is from a hemorrhoid despite not having hard stool, sitting for too long or straining
I now feel a small very hard lump on my anus towards the bottom where the genital area is. Not in between the genital and anus but like exactly on the bottom of the anus
I tried not to press on it too much
Just wondering if this is a hemorrhoid?
I also did some squats yesterday and read that's not good for hemorrhoids so not sure if that contributed

I was a little back up the past two days. The stool is soft because I'm using miralax but it's not fully moving along to come out.
Yesterday I did light squats to help and some came out but not all of it
I felt stinging all day because stool was prob sitting in my rectum putting pressure on something
The first few pieces that came out had some bright red blood in the stool at the end
I used the nifed nitro ointment before every bowel movement so I didn't feel much stinging like the hole stretched or tore again. Stool is soft and I sometimes have to use a finger to take it out of the anus because it's stuck there
I didn't notice any blood on my finger. Then again I didn't actually touch my anus
It sort of didn't seem like it came from the fissure or the blood at that end would've been on my finger and at the side of the stool rather than the end
I haven't been straining or sitting for too long except for yesterday a little I'm just wondering if the squats could be caused this because I'm backed up a couple times a month and this is the first time this happened

I've been using a combo ointment for nearly 6-8 weeks by a new gastro. Previous one gave me diltiazem but for this newish tear from nearly two months ago it was barely helping and I would have to apply a lot during the day
I got a nifed 0.5 and nitro 0.25 ointment and I started to notice headaches since yesterday it's like a right band around my head and this morning when I applied some I made sure I didn't use a lot
Anyone have this issue? I didn't have any side effects for the nearly two months I've been using it idk why it's starting now
This is the only things that has provided me some relief I still feel stinging when I pass stool even with the ointment but it's def not as intense. I'm not even able to walk for several hours so the ointment is helping with relief but I also can't deal with the headaches and wonder if I should tell the Dr to modify the nitro ingredient or something to lessen headaches
Did this happen to anyone else?
When I first started using the ointment it didn't cause any headaches at all and helped a lot with the stinging I have from spasms.
Suddenly today I have a weird tension type of headache for nearly 2 hours. Not sure if I applied too much or if it's possible for headaches to start later on with continued use?
Also for more info I've had this fissure for nearly 2 months and the first month or so I use diltiazem. It stung a lot after applying it and it did help but not as much as this new ointment so the Dr didn't give me diltiazem again esp because I tore in a new spot towards the top which is what is taking awhile to heal compared to the initial tears.

Lately my butt feels more itchy. I have some weird dry skin issue too because I keep rubbing ointment and other creams back there.
For awhile I've had 2 small hard ish bumps on on both sides and it's close to the anus but not actually on it or near the tear. The tear is top right closer to the tailbone hut there bumps are more in the center
They don't technically hurt but it does feel itchy. Is it a hemorrhoid or just irritated skin?
Some people still don't believe in IBS however it seems better at this point vs back then 10-15 years ago.

I have 2 questions:
Can IBS change from c to d or vice versa?
Can this suddenly get worse over time?
- in ref to q2... I know there are flare ups based on stress, anxiety and trigger foods. But for example I knew gluten would make me constipated but would still eat it. Last year I noticed it stopped making me constipated and gave me diarrhea. Same with dairy. I cut out both from my diet because I suddenly developed lower left tenderness.
The low left tenderness feels worse when I have diarrhea, hard stool and gas. But it's mostly constantly there. I was suppose to do a sigmoidoscopy but I recently developed an anal fissure from hard stool and can't do one yet. The Dr thinks it could be colitis or maybe even uc. I did an abdominal CT that showed diverticuli and thickening of the rectum.
Another Dr thinks it's IBS related. But I'm not aware of IBS changing or getting worse? Usually after pooping you feel better. Is there constant discomfort for some people?
I'm wondering if this was caused because I didn't stay away from the food sensitivities I have... I keep thinking back at what I ate when this problem started but still don't know how it can last for 6 plus months.
I've had IBS c for years and recently have another weird thing going on and lately esp if I have gas or constipation I notice my lower left abdomen area esp close to my hip bone feels itchy. Sometimes I scratch it too much and end up with almost scab things. It feels itchy like inside not the actual skin and it's not itchy anywhere else. Even the fissure isn't itchy back there. I'm mostly dealing with spasms.
I did a CT some months back and it mentioned I have diverticuli. I'm supposed to do a sigmoidoscopy but developed an anal fissure recently and haven't been able to do it as I don't want any to risk any new tears.
Does anyone else experience weird itching?
I've seen a lot of people recommend this brand but it's mostly the poe cameras. With where I need to install the cameras I'm not able to properly run any Ethernet cords through walls and doors so I need a regular WiFi wired camera to plug into an outlet and such.
How does the WiFi wired ones compare to poe?
I own two girafit window cameras that work well and it's a step up from my old camera system zmodo.
I decided to try the pan and tilt cameras from gira and while I really like them they don't seem reliable. I've had them for barely one month and so far two cameras have failed. One camera is offline and there isn't any damage. No light, nothing. Another recently started acting up and while it's online it just keeps loading and it's not recording or detecting anything or anyone.
It doesn't seem to be the app because the old zmodo cams work fine and the other window cams by girafit also still work. So it's also not the Internet connection.
The pan and tilt cameras worked fine before. I'm thinking about returning all of them except the window ones and maybe getting a refund if it's not too late.
I don't want to spend an exorbitant amount of money on cameras. I don't need anything fancy just what works, what's wired and has an SD card so I don't need to pay a subscription for my own data. I like being able to view continuous footage sometimes because the camera alerts don't catch everything.
