if you require a laptop, should you buy refurbished?

hello, i am planning to get (sooner or later) a new laptop. however due to the fact that every laptop has a processor either intel or AMD (which i heard has a few stocks from israeli shares) i would not wanna buy a new one, nor do i want to use a second hand. is buying refurbished laptops an ethically good option?

hi, i am looking for a mechanical keyboard styled like the exidy sorcerer microcomputer.

i like the colour style of it, but am not a big fan of the model itself
