How often and how much to invest into American ETF's from Australia?
I invested once like 4k AUD into some stocks and first I had to convert AUD to USD which at the end it came out to maybe 3.8k AUD in usable USD on Interactive Brokers. I hear people always say to DCA into stocks but how do I do it in the most cost effective way with losing as little value in my initial investment from adding AUD funds to converting it to USD and then using it to buy stocks. What is a good amount to DCA into like 1-2 stocks and how often. I can try to do it weekly or monthly, but what is better in terms of losing my initial added funds to the final buy of shares. I can do maybe $500 AUD max, either weekly or $2000 max monthly.
Every couple years I’ve noticed very small scab looking things on my penis. It looks like this but much smaller. I picked them off with my hand and they don’t really come back, only noticed like 2 or 3 times in my 20’s they’ve popped up and I’m 29 now.
Is there a vaccine to get rid of HPV1? For male late 20’s.
I am not asking for medical advice.
I have had herpes that has came and went with a sore on my lip for like at least I know of early 20’s maybe, could’ve been since a kid but I can’t remember. Recently I have heard of hpv vaccines in Reddit posts and was wondering if it is a cure for adults. I read kids can get it and really I never knew there was a vaccine for herpes, I always thought that it was untreatable and never a cure for it. Is there such a cure?
From my understanding. Is it possible to regrow a recessed hairline back without a transplant? If no, Is drugs the only way to regrow and keep existing hairs?
If my hair is recessing, will I never be able to get back the hairs I lost which is now covered with just skin? To be able to regrow in. Those areas you need a transplant right? So that means, if you see any signs of recession, you have to act immediately which will make it that you keep your hair where you started taking treatment and you can’t get back what you lost? I’m talking finasteride, minoxidil, dutasteride….
Best way to track regular deep sleep. App? Sleep pathologist?
Want to track my sleep as accurately as possible. I’ve tried apps before and they worked pretty well by my movements and sounds when sleeping but wondering what’s the go to in this community.
Will I be able to maintain this sleep schedule?
After week 2, the schedule goes back to week 1.
I’ve rated how close my sleep aligns with my ideal 10 pm - 6:30 am sleep schedule by giving each day a 0 as bad, 1 being alright and 2 being good. I want my schedule to be like this to be able to go out during the day but also want to work on having good sleep. I’ve always struggled with sleep and now it’s gotten worse messing my schedule up by doing night shift. But I want to balance going out like normal as well as having good sleep. I know consistent sleep at a certain time is like the number one rule to good sleep too and wondering if anyone else sleeps like this and has it actually made you have any side effects, big or small, and was it manageable. Either this sleep schedule is for me or I will stick to a 7 am - 3:30 pm sleep schedule everyday.
