I really need some haircare tips

Is my hair too damaged? I'm definitely gonna cut the ends but overall my hair are frizzy and dehydrated I guess.

How can make my hair frizz free? Is there any products anyone would like to recommend. I can't afford salon treatment so I need something I can do at home.
I'm based in India

Ps: I wasn't taking care of my hairs lately, I'm getting Long layer haircut to maintain the shape. Won't reduce the length more.
Please feel free to suggest me haircut too.

My routine:

  1. Products I'm using
  2. Kama Ayurveda sweet almond oil (adding soulflower rosemary essential oil sometimes on hair wash day)
  3. Biotique green apple hair shampoo (I changed shampoo but my hair become more frizzy so I'm back to Biotique)
  4. Occasionally (Sundays) kama ayurveda Bringaras hair oil
  5. I've used

L'Oréal Professionnel Absolut Repair Molecular Mask

  1. but no improvement.
  2. I used to use juicy chemistry hair mask which wss great but they discontinued the product
  3. I don't know what's causing the dryness.
  4. I use satin pillow cover.

I like to keep my hairs open at times so idk if that's causing ths frizz.
I don't use leave in serum. I use Kama Ayurveda sweet almond oil everyday just little bit it keeps my hair manageable.

Am i doing anything wrong? I prefer to use products which are good in long term and nit just seeking quick solution.

Please advise
